“Went here following my previous obgyn. Saw Dr. Pepper, since I had to reschedule due to starting my cycle. Dr. Pepper was great. The 3 stars is for front desk not knowing where the office is located on Limestone within the giant parking lot among many other businesses well enough to help direct anyone who’s never been there. It is located directly next to the closed down Morelias. The girl kept saying across the street from Chilis and 5 Below. They have a sign on the building that faces away from where you’d see it driving in from Limestone, and no storefront label on the doors or the sides of the building that is viable. I could not see what building I was entering at eye level. I left 45 minutes early to get there on time. I was still on time, but almost in tears on arrival thinking I’d have to reschedule or cancel because of the confusing directions and the entrance door not having the practice name written on it. I am unsure if I will return. Dr. Pepper was great. The check in girl was a bit sassy when I said I couldn’t find it and was not very friendly or welcoming. I’m not a trouble patient either. Just was was not a great experience for being a new patient. Signage needs to be better marked so folks can find it. And front end staff need to better describe where they are.”

“I wanted to be intentional in writing this review! I usually never take the time to write a review but I have been so grateful for Texas Heart and Vascular staff and doctors! After going to many primary doctors not getting a proper diagnosis, I started seeing Dr. Tucker my senior year of college. I am super relieved and blessed as he and his nurses were super efficient, patient, and wanted to find the best solution to my problem. I am very grateful for them! There are not many doctors and teams left like them. So if you’re unsure don’t be because I highly recommend that this place will take care of you.”

“I was very lucky, that Dr. Ryan Young was on duty the day my right eye's retina tore, which was a very scary experience! He waited extra late for us to arrive, and after a thorough exam, he took immediate action. I was taken to a very dark room, where Dr. Young used an impressive green laser light, strapped to his forehead, and then in under 5 minutes repaired the two bad tears! His quick and professional action put me and my husband instantly at easy. He is a wonderful and accomplished ophthalmologist, and absolute Luminary in his field! We were extremely lucky to meet him, and to have him as my doctor. Stay cool Dr. Young, and thank you again from the bottom of my heart!”

“Wait times for pediatrics are terrible, consistently running over an hour late. Today we waited an hour for Dr. Howard, but there was still another patient before us and no one could tell me how long the wait would be. We had to leave for other commitments (work!!!). While I would never want a doctor who doesn't take their time and give patients their full attention, greed is clearly motivating the clinic to schedule patients at a higher interval than his throughput. I cannot abide by a clinic that requires me to block off three hours for a scheduled appointment!”

“With the online messaging platforms and video call options, Roots makes for easy and prompt communication as well as accessible appointment options that work with my busy schedule. The turnaround time for prescription refill requests is super quick and unlike experiences at other psych offices I’ve never had a day of missing medications due to them. Kristin Serrano listens well, is super kind, and helps with all aspects of figuring out the best treatments for me. I have always felt comfortable to share my experiences, concerns, and questions with her without feeling bothersome. Highly recommend, I’ve never had a better psych place!”
