“Michelle is the wonderful, wonderful physio therapist. Not only she helped me my wrist, also hamstrings and the ankle. Wrist and hamstrings are back to normal now. The ankle is not so bad these days and I will keep doing the exercises she showed me. It was just so enjoyable to see her and I kept looking for the issues so that I can come back to her. Now its all good! Thank you so much Michelle!”

“Alicia Walker has given me the best massage treatments I've ever had, and it's not even close. I've had many different RMT's due to having several pretty bad injuries and I've always tried to remain optimistic throughout all of it. So I've given some reviews to try and help people find GREAT instead of just okay or good therapy. Alicia Walker really is in her own league for deep pressure, and she seems to feel every single spot that needs attention. I'm glad I found her and you will be too!”

“Very lovely and kind doctors and staffs. Medical fees were expensive, around ~$4500 total, but only cause I didn't have pet insurance so guessing the other reviews likely did not have either. I could not pay in full so the doctor allowed me to pay it in parts every visit. Sorry I can't remember the names of the doctors. But everyone there took care of my cat Summer (15.8 y/o) with a lot of love and care. The veterinary clinic felt like a second home, it was comfortable and made me feel like I could tell them any concerns without judgement. Unfortunately Summer has passed away but the staff were very supportive and helpful during the process.. It's very hard on them when they have to tell the news. I hope the doctors take well care of themselves.. It's awesome they are 24hrs though. They have air purifiers on at all times, anxiety blankets, water, hand sanitizers, cleaning wipes, clean washrooms.. they also have a quiet room for when you want to have some time with your pet. I definitely recommend Canada West Animal Hospital”

“I arrived without an appointment, and was worried about being turned away due to a full schedule. However, Beverly worked her magic and managed to fit me in despite the busy clinic schedule. Not only was Beverly helpful in securing me a spot with the doctors, but she also took the time to ensure all my paperwork was in order and answered any questions I had with a friendly demeanor. I am grateful to the doctors at Alberni Medical Clinic for their exceptional care and expertise! Despite the busy schedule, they took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with the necessary treatment and prescriptions.”

“I give four stars to nurses in general, they were very caring. But I saw mice in hospital and they did nothing about it and they said mice are living with patients in hospital. I saw a dead one in my bathroom which had very bad smell. I didn’t expect this from lions gate hospital. Hopefully they do action in this regard.”

“Went had a rash on my face and it kept getting worse then I realized it was eczema I had it before a long time ago. When I told the walk doctor about it he didn’t believe me. He was mad I tried to find my own diagnosis and said no I am wrong. “You are just licking my lips, if you stop it will go away” I couldn’t believe he said that I begged please it’s not have. I have a real problem. Then he reluctantly offered me a hydrocortisone cream. So upset he thought I was doing it to myself. I did apply the cream but it didn’t solve my problem. I had a appointment with my regular doctor appointment. When I saw my doctor my face was the same red and swollen. As soon as he saw me he knew what it was. Facial dermatitis gave me the proper cream and my face went back to normal in less than a 2 weeks. What terrible doctor he was rude, and cut me off and didn’t here me. I highly do not commend this place. My coworkers also said the doctors were not good but I was desperate. I feel sorry for people that don’t have a family doctor these are the people you might get.”

The clinic is spotlessly clean, and the entire staff provides top-notch service. I couldn't be happier with the care I received. Highly recommended!”
