“I love this office, the staff (Dr’s, NP’s, nurses, lab, reception) are all amazing. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and is always looking to help. I had an unplanned c-section due to fetal distress and it was my worst fear. Dr. Neighbors was on-call and performed the surgery. My partner said when she closed me up, the incision already looked like a scar. Every single Dr and nurse that saw my incision in the hospital said how amazing the incision looked. My baby came out just in time, the cord was wrapped around his neck, he was very blue, and completely limp. He had to be bagged and resuscitated. Thankfully he is doing absolutely perfectly now and I am just so grateful this is the provider I went with.”

“First the positives: Dr cooper was kind, relatable, and easy to talk to. Negatives: local anesthetic was not applied well enough for my vasectomy as I sure felt my vas deferens get snipped and it hurt as much you imagine. The bedside nurse for the procedure was short, rude, and overall seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Instructions for specimen analysis do not instruct the patient to call the office ahead of time if going to Sonora quest nor did they just give a blanket order to go with the instructions. This led to me waiting an hour at the lab with a semen specimen in my pocket, going back and forth with office to get them to send the order to the lab. Very unpleasant/awkward experience.”

“Really impressed with this practice. They answered the phone quickly and were able to set an appointment for the next day for a new patient. No one waited in the waiting room for very long. There is even a sign that says if you wait for longer than 15 minutes to let them know. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable and thorough and patient with my special needs daughter. I love that they have locations that are close in proximity for those of us on the far east valley. The receptionist knew the patient’s well and seemed to really care for each person who came in. Looking forward to a good experience for time to come and sending my other adult children there. Like the religious aspect if “by his stripes we are healed.””
