“On Dec 15th dr Carol jones did corrective surgery on my foot which was necessary after an accident over 2 years ago. Last week they removed the stitches and for the first time in well over 2 years I am pain free. He knows what he is doing without a doubt. He deserves a lot more than 5 stars. Thank you Dr Jones it’s nothing short of a miracle.”

He listens and is caring and when I go for my visits I feel heard and I feel my needs are important that he and his assistant care about ME. Everyone treats you kind and caring makes a huge difference in our experience..! I feel taken care of and I have 150% confidence in staff and especially Jason I’ve had a lot of illnesses dealt with a lot of providers and my provider truly sets bar high .How can a doctor truly know the needs of the patient without listening to what we are experiencing. “I walked in and asked the receptionist if I needed to check in with her since I had started my registration earlier today. She told me no and to have a seat. I completed my registration and checked in at 6:30pm. There was 1 other person in the waiting room and 1 empty room (the others may have been full). 40 min later the receptionist calls me up to tell me they are no longer taking walk-ins. I asked her why she didn’t tell me that when I WALKED IN 40 min prior. She stated she was busy with the people that walked in before me. No apology or consideration. Luckily a different urgent care down the road was able to see my sick child even though their waiting room was busier.”
