“I started seeing Dr Joe early 2022. I just turned 50 and after losing weight in 2020, I had gained some of it back in 2021 and felt weak and tired. Before my office visit, Dr Joe gave me a detailed lab order to get my blood work done and we had a consultation a week later and reviewed my numbers. Got on a scale that measures body fat, muscle mass, etc and got my metabolic age....89. Dr Joe came up with a plan of action for me and set up a follow up visit in 3 months. In those 3 months, I lost 17lbs of fat and gained 3lbs of muscle. Seeing that progress as well as my blood work improving, kept me motivated for the next visit. Every time I go and see Dr Joe, I leave feeling better knowing I am making progress to becoming more healthy. Just had a visit last week after following Dr Joe's plan for the last 2 years. Blood work keeps improving and body fat continues to go down as I lose weight. More importantly, holding steady with muscle mass. Metabolic age is now 47 years, 5 years less than my current age. Dr Joe has set new goals for me and can't wait to get my results in August. Dr Joe, I appreciate everything you have done for me and my wife.
