“I have been seeing Dr Papas and Ms Couris for about a year now. Both are sufficient in addressing my health needs. Seeing Ms Couris has been highly beneficial to my overall health and she really cares. However, the front office lacks follow up and communication required to provide comprehensive care. If they are supposed to follow up with you -- in my experience they probably won't. Often times, my call is not even answered and I have to call multiple times over the course of a day to finally get a response from someone. My medication requires prior authorization with my insurance company and I have called the office dozens of times following up on it. It has yet to be resolved and I have very little confidence it will be based on their organization. My prior authorization that I am fully qualified for is now denied twice due to lack of coordination, communication, and complete documentation provided to my insurance company. I am now running out of the medication and at risk of going backwards on my treatment. I am not sure who to discuss with or how to get the care I need.”
