“Dr. Meyer is a fantastic doctor. Great bedside manner. Just be prepared to be nickel and dimed. Every time I go in, there’s a fee for something that I wasn’t told about. Every. Single. Time. And the fee is non-negotiable, no matter what it is. For those of us that budget tightly, it makes it a struggle, and they always say they’ll train their staff better. They never do. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Dr Meyer, I would’ve found a new eye doctor just from the fees and non-personable staff. Still considering it after the new undisclosed fee today. Charged us a fee to teach my son how to put his contacts in. But the “class” is “required by law.” I’ve never even heard charging a fee for that, and I’ve worn contacts for over 25 years.”

“From scheduling my appointment to my visit, the customer services was great! I really appreciated it and it was refreshing because the last few doctors appointments I've had (elsewhere) the staff hasn't been the nicest and going to the doctor is stressful enough as it is. They were very through in helping me figure out what is going on with my sinuses. They also laid out costs I could expect ahead of time instead of hitting me with a surprise bill at the end.”
