Double Bluff Beach And Off Leash Area

6378 S Double Bluff Rd, Freeland, WA 98249, United States

“This off leash dog beach is so much fun for our setter. She loves running up and down the beach and there’s lot of room to play fetch with all the driftwood sticks. Unfortunately, the water fountains to rinse your dog off and for your feet don’t work, so make sure to bring lots of dog towels for your car. But there are Porta potty’s.”

Battle Creek Dog Park

2350 Upper Afton Rd, Maplewood, MN 55119, United States

“I attached images of the small dog park. There is nowhere to run or play ball because it is overgrown with weeds. It is so thick in there that I couldn't find my dog and I heard a strange sound from the middle of the forest. My puppy had found a bird and was eating it and I couldn't get to her because it was so thick I had to wait for her to finish the bird... It's a nice idea to have a small dog park for little dogs to not get injured and plowed over in the big park which was what was happening. But if it's not going to be cared for or have areas to walk with your dog except for the concrete strip in the middle, it's almost like a waste of space. Space that could be very valuable and helpful for people who want to exercise their dogs and may not have their own yard. Please help keep this area nice and not overgrown with thorny plants and invasive species. Whoever has the power to keep this area useful to the community. Please do that! Also, I have lost three chuckit balls and one tennis ball because it is impossible to find the ball for the dog. Once I throw it in it lands and the big brush.”

“This is a great place to bring your dog and enjoy a beer while your furry friend runs and plays with other dogs. We don’t always try the food trucks but the ones we have, quality is decent. Kobe dog loves coming here a couple of times a week. Membership price is also quite reasonable. Love the improvements too.”

Robinswood Off-leash Area

148th Ave SE &, SE 24th St, Bellevue, WA 98007, United States

“Robinswood Off-Leash Area was an okay dog park. I wish it were closer to the medium-large dog park. Beware, do not bring small dogs to large dog enclosures towards the entrance. I brought Bear & Teddy to the enclosure to socialize my dogs; people have small dogs inside (chihuahua, small mixed breeds). I assume people did not want to walk to the smaller dog & medium dog enclosures, so I wanted to join in. A Larger dog trampled my seven-month-old Pomeranian, and the owner did not apologize or even acknowledge his dog's behavior. I realize that small dogs in a large dog enclosure can cause conflict, but I figured it was okay since I had seen others have small breeds inside. If you are that dog owner, please be mindful of your dog's behavior. Your dog should be socialized & know how to interact with all breeds, regardless of size, properly. People should acknowledge poor pet behavior & correct the dog appropriately. I wish more people would have brought their smaller dogs up to the proper enclosure. I was fortunate to talk to some excellent dog owners, one with which we had our puppies play together. Robinswood Off-Leash Area should be respected by all dog owners as a safe space to bring our pets and to enforce safety as a number one priority. My dogs have been properly socialized, so I expect the same from others to act with morale and good intentions towards the public population.”

“Great dog park with lots of space for running and playing. Everyone was friendly and so were the pups. Keep an eye on your dog, it can get easy to get caught up in conversation with fellow fur baby parents. Water fountains available and hoses. Didn’t see any disposal bags around. Pretty good parking if you drive here.”

Dogworld Dog Park

“We had a blast at Dog World!!! I wish more people knew about this place!! We visited for the first time on a weekend in September and it wasn't crowded. We made a "reservation" the day of and we were worried it would take a while to be approved, but it was very quick! We uploaded all of our pup's vaccines and info, then I called and the staff said they receive a notification to approve vaccines once they're uploaded, and when they're approved they send a confirmation email. "Reservations" are available every 5 minutes - it's designed to control the flow of traffic so 20 dogs don't show up at the same time. They request a card on file when you sign up but they do not charge until after you pass the temperament test. $35 for the first day (extra $10 for trainer test) and $25 regular entry fee. Most dog parks are free so this is hard to justify, but consider the upkeep needed to keep this amazing location running, and the amount of fun our pup was worth every cent! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and trainers. They understand many dogs are leash-reactive so they have precautions to prevent leash greetings and other concerns. (THANK YOU!!!) The temperament test is for first-time visitors. They have a medium, fenced grass area where the trainer and the greeting dog meet and discuss rules. They color code dogs by behavior (ball-chaser versus wrestler, elderly dogs, etc.) so you know the temperament of all the other dogs in the park. Our wrestling orange pup had a ton of fun with his orange friends!! Start with the huge fenced-in grass area for pups to run and play, with a small pond that is dyed to prevent algae growth. They can also provide access to a creek area that is not fenced, but we did not explore this. Stop between sections to rinse the pond water off your pup before entering the swimming pool area. This is a slanted, in-ground pool that's partly filled with CLEAN water. We spent nearly all of our time here, chasing dogs chasing balls from the shallow to the deep end of the pool. BONUS, this area has an old putt-putt course-turned dog obstacle course. There are also two small isolated pools if your pup doesn't like swimming with others or needs to get used to the water first. Go back into the grassy field anytime, or go through a gate beyond the concessions (drinks only for the hoomans) for two water slides designed for dogs. Only the longer slide was active when we went, and these are shallow enough that (although our chicken-dog didn't want to) dogs can actually walk down the slide with water flow and jump into a small pool with play balls. Pass between this gate and the main pool area as many times as you want. On your way out grab a free pup cone (or buy extra toppings 😋) and head to the dual-fence exit, where pups can eat without other dogs. Just another fantastic safety precaution to keep everyone safe. TL;DR - this is a FANTASTIC park with awesome staff that we will visit as many times as we can. Can't say enough about how much we love this place.”

“We love Good Dog! I took my pup a few times, and she loved it so much that we sprung for the membership. The park is a really great value, and I love the amenities. Being covered, my doodle can burn her energy off even when it's raining or the sun is blazing hot! Additionally, there's a large selection of beverages for sale at a decent price. It's so nice to have a place connect with other dog owners. The staff members are so kind and professional. It's a great comfort to have staff on hand to make sure the park is clean and dogs are playing safely. I know my dog is in loving hands whether she's in the dog park or at day care. Edit: After using Alyssa's grooming services a few times, I have to mention how amazing she is! Alyssa is great at accommodating the owner's preferences and what would be best for their dog. Millie always looks fresh and tidy. Alyssa tells me what I'm doing well and what I could work on when it comes to Millie's coat. You can tell how much she loves dogs, and her work is top notch.”

“A HUGE regulated dog park. Doggie daycare that groups dogs by play style and size?!? How amazing! Plus the dogs get to run out in the park during their boarding stay and daycare day with no extra frees. My pup Merlin loves to see all his fur-friends and Star Buddies everyday. Thanks for giving him all the love and attention. ❤️”

“What a beautiful, clean, serene place. It absolutely thrills me that my county has such an amazing dog-park. There are two fenced-in areas: one smaller area, one much larger. The grounds are clean, and it is backed up to the Animal Shelter. I enjoy bringing my puppy here & visiting the dogs of the shelter through the fence at the same time. Bags are provided to pick up your pet's waste, but bring your own water/food! Dogs must be vaccinated & cannot have a sharp/mental collar on. Such a beautiful place to let my baby burn some energy!”

3 Dogs Boarding And Daycare

“Our dog was bitten and injured by another dog while at 3 Dogs' day care in late October 2023. 3 Dogs' actions over the past several weeks show that this is not a responsible, caring, or safe facility. I encourage you to keep our experience in mind when you choose a dog day care. 1. 3 Dogs did not reach out to check on our dog or see how she was doing. They knew that our dog had puncture wounds, needed an same-day urgent care vet visit, sedation for the puncture wounds to be flushed and treated, three prescriptions, follow up visits, constant monitoring, etc. We finally reached out to them after 2 weeks of not hearing from them. 2. When we reached out to them to ask about their procedures when a dog is injured while in their care, they seemed to have no procedures. No incident report was made. There was no surveillance video of the scuffle / bite. The staff member that I talked to on the phone was not aware of the incident until I contacted 3 Dogs. 3. When we asked what happened with the dog that bit our dog, they said that nothing happened - the other dog did not go home early, there was no change to the dog's schedule (until weeks later when we requested it), and we learned later that the other dog's owner was not EVEN INFORMED THAT SHE BIT OUR DOG. 4. 3 Dogs has changed their story over and over. As of our last email with them today, they are now blaming our dog for being bitten. Our dog and the other dog do NOT know each other beyond living in the same neighborhood; they have never had an incident outside of 3 Dogs. However, 3 Dogs keeps repeating this story that the two dogs "have a history" and "know each other" and that was a contributing factor, instead of taking a speck of responsibility for the dog injury happening at their facility when our dog was under their care. After being customers since 2020 or 2021, we will never go back. I encourage you to go elsewhere, too.”

“this is the most Denver thing I've seen in 3 years. Beer garden/dog park with love music capabilities. not a lot of non alcoholic drink options, the park has plenty of space to run and a two tier bus set up as an obstacle course for the dogs! This is a nice space for all of the local residents to socialize..... and for their humans to grab a drink.”

“Professional staff who are efficient and did a great job grooming my German Shepherd. My dog is rarely around other people or animals, but they did an excellent job handling him. Ace looked and smelled great. His undercoat had become funky despite my brushing and K-9 was able to get his coat looking (and smelling) great!”

Pet Paradise Coconut Creek
4.1
( 8 reviews )

4181 W Hillsboro Blvd, Coconut Creek, FL 33073, United States

“This location is AMAZING! The employees at the front were super welcoming and answered all of the questions I had. They really made me feel comfortable dropping off my 2 year old dog for 3 nights and assured me that I could call anytime of day to check on him. I loved the report cards they sent me with pictures of my boy while I was gone and it made me so happy to see how much fun he was having. Usually when I pick my dog up from other boarding/day care places he is distressed and upset but when I picked up my pup from Coconut creek Pet Paradise, he was happy and full of excitement... I knew that he had the best time and was treated with lots of love. The employee at the front told me she enjoyed his presence and he gave her lots of hugs and kisses during his stay! When I dropped him off the girls at the front gave me a tour of the facility and showed me the room he would be staying in. I could go on and on forever... this location is great. Thank you guys for being the best and taking such good care of our animals!”
