The Saratoga boat is a beautiful ship with comfortable indoor seating, spacious top deck, and well maintained bathrooms. We were able to see a few humpback whales, puffins, and killer whales just off the coast of Vancouver Island. This was my third time whale watching, and this company provided the best tour by far. Well worth the time and price point!”

“We had a fabulous time out on the water and saw lots of dolphins. The atmosphere was relaxed. The guides were informative and friendly, and their passion drip from them. We arrived just in time for the last boat of the day, and they were very welcoming. The island stop was a bonus, and I even got to hold a sea sponge, which tickled my hand. The only thing to watch out for is the marina parking. We got stung with 25 dollar citations for reverse parking. But this is nothing to do with the company, just something to be aware of. Thank you for an amazing adventure. You guys were fantastic.”

“We decided to visit the Dolphin Connection on a last-minute whim and opted for the dockside experience since our child was too young to enter the water. The experience was absolutely amazing as they had seven dolphins. We had the opportunity to interact with Dolphin Maya, who was not only friendly but also incredibly well-trained. They offer various packages, and I've included a snapshot for your reference. While it's a bit on the expensive side for a family outing, it's a truly unforgettable experience. One thing to note is that they have a strict policy against bringing phones, jewelry, or mobile devices inside, so be sure to leave those behind. The package also includes access to numerous photos that you can download from the cloud for up to 30 days. The facility offers ample parking and is conveniently located within a resort, so making a reservation is highly recommended.”

“We had a great time on the morning catamaran! The crew was great, perfect combination of friendly and professional. Boat and facilities were very nice and clean. Felt safe throughout the boat ride, wearing masks indoors and hand sanitizing available. They even had reef safe sunscreen and ginger root available for people who are prone to motion sickness! The food and drinks provided were delicious (pulled pork, teriyaki chicken, rice, salad, pineapple and open bar with beer/wine/mixed drinks). The crew were very knowledgeable, providing information about the island/sights as well as spotting and identifying sea creatures. We saw 4 or so whales, two types of dolphins, flying fish, and sea turtles! Overall, was an excellent experience and will absolutely be booking another adventure with Ko Olina Marina when we return to Oahu in the future!”

“We drove 1 1/2 hours from Port St. Joe for the guided Jet Ski Dolphin tour. The check-in process was very quick and smooth. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. They have some smaller, but very clean bathrooms onsite and were building a new larger building when we visited August 2023. Ethan was our guide and did a phenomenal job, he worked with the riders that needed help but was still able to make it exciting and fast paced for everyone else. We only saw 2 dolphins one time as we headed out and that was it so if you are looking for a dolphin experience you may or may not get lucky. The website lists Sand Dollar and Starfish find, but we didn't do either of those. Shell island was now what we expected. We walked across the boardwalk to the gulf side, which takes 5-6 minutes unless you don't wear shoes, then it goes quicker as you run to try not to burn your feet. Ethan did warn everyone about wearing shoes and offered to take pictures of our groups. Shell island itself was pretty shell-less, there are smaller one inch shells like you can find at almost every beach, so if you want to find bigger shells this isn't the tour for you. If you are looking for a fast-paced guided jet ski ride, it was great and that's why I gave it five stars. If what they list on their website, dolphins, sand dollars, starfish and shells are important then I would only give this 3 stars and would not recommend it.”

“Had a great time. Staff was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to take us to get the best sightings. Saw my first whale breach, which was amazing. And even when my shorts got snagged and tore a little on one of the metal benches. The staff was very accommodating and captain Dave was even kind enough to give me a T-shirt when we arrived back at the marina. Would definitely do it again. 😎”

“Our family takes a trip just about once a month. We've never been to Charleston before and so this trip was new for us. While Charleston is an awesome town, there is not a lot to do for a little one....however, the water taxi was amazing! It's $14 per adult and a discounted rate for kiddos. That gets you an all day pass to take the water taxi. It runs from the main pier to the new African American Museum/Aquarium stop....then across the bay to the battleships...then to the marina...then back to the main pier. It is an hour long trip if you never get off. My daughter had never been on a boat before. We took the taxi three times in one day as a full ride just to be on the water. It cost around $40 for the three of us to be on a boat for three hours a piece. We saw dolphins in the wild and heard stories about the area and the battleships. It was the best thing we did in Charleston this weekend. Please do not miss this gem of what I would call, an event! The captions and first mates are amazing. However if you are riding the whole way, there can be a wait so don't harass the crew, it's not their fault and they will always get another boat going to accommodate the traffic! Please do this if you are in Charleston....it's the one thing in all our adventures I will now never miss out on!”
