“If you’re craving some good Dominican food this is the place to be. Moved here from the northeast where Dominican food was part of my regular rotation so finding a good place in Chicago has been perfect. When I’m a bit homesick I pop in for Dominican breakfast of mangu, salami, fried cheese, and eggs topped with pickled onions and it always hits the spot. When I’m feeling fancy I order an oxtail plate and it’s delicious. It’s small and cozy, music playing while you eat. Service is nice and if you don’t know Spanish, it’s easy enough to make it work.”

“They give you only half the portion and charge you full price. I have tried this place at least 3 different times and it was a huge disappointment every time. The women there have a serious attitude and when questioned about portion they play it off like this is everyone that does this. No it’s not. Just because I’m from the Bronx doesn’t mean I don’t know what portion size is or that I’m considerably over charged for food. This is a NO for me. Close this place down and get a better restaurant.”

“So good !!! The food is absolutely delicious! I had the red beans rice with chicken and sweet plantains. The chicken was fall off the bone yummy. The rice is so good even though it’s basic white rice. In addition, I got the fish with black beans and rice. The flan was perfection for dessert! Great iced-tea and other drinks like passion fruit and lemonade with Spanish soft drinks are also offered.”

“The food is always good here. I had churrasco with mash potatos and don’t forget the chimmichuri sauce on the side. I also love the plaintain chips that they serve as an appetizer when you order and entree. The jugo de chinola was pretty good but had to water it down because it is very sweet. We also ordered a morir soñando which was perfectly delicious. The pricing here is pretty good for how much food you get.”

“Ordered online can’t remember what service. Late night I’m sure i was one of the last orders of the night. I wanted to try a little of everything. My faves were the steak and the empanadas very good. All the friend appetizers were pretty good. The chicken was okay. I was expecting more flavor or spice even. They gave decent portions for the price i think. Also would need more sauce. They give a lot of rice. I wasn’t a fan of the rice but like i said it was late night so I’m not complaining. Just know i ate everything so I recommend giving them a try at least!”

“The food was amazing, the staff friendly and professional, and the ambience was like being back home. I love a well prepared Churrasco that is cooked properly and delivers flavor and the right amount of juiciness. Let me say first the Churrasco smelled divine, it did not over power but just the right amount to get your mouth watering. As you cut in to the steak it’s the perfect level of tenderness to get you excited to taste the meat and once you take the first bit, it’s like a little bit of heaven in your mouth. The best part is the steak delivers from beginning to end. Definitely on the must redo list.”

“The best of the best Dominican food in queens. Chivo (goat) was 🔥 even if you don’t like goat, you will like their goat. Roast chicken is amazing as well. Beans, rice, tostones, onion, all the Dominican staples are as good as they come. Huge servings, very affordable. It’s a casual restaurant with high quality service. The staff are all very polite. Good place for families - they didn’t mind that our toddler made a mess. I’m def going back again and bringing more friends and family.”

“My boss brought me here and i absolutely loved it. The place was clean and everyone was very friendly. The beautiful waitress even took a picture with me. The meal i had was really good. I forgot to take pictures before i ate most of it. It was that good. I had the orange milk vanilla drink and really liked it. 5 starts and gracious to all here. I highly recommend this place.”
