“Well, let me start off by saying almost all of the negative comments have been removed giving them a 4.8 star rating. (Unethical) In my opinion each time that I have visited the store it has been a problem. The older lady (the owner)who runs the store is extremely rude. I also have witnessed the store not practicing good safety and sanitation techniques when handling the food! (Doing it behind closes doors not thinking that they are being watched!🤦🏻♀️🤷♀️ The owners also need to learn to have better customer service skills. This means everyone of every race, creed, and color should be greeted and treated with respect!”

“Very cute coffeeshop at downtown Toledo. It’s perfect to study, work, or even have a professional meeting/interview. I ordered the pumpkin spice latte from their fall menu. It was so good! I’m not a huge fan of pumpkin-flavored things, but I actually liked this one. I also liked that they have a big rental room that people can use for meetings, parties, or other events.”
