“This place would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the stench. The shops, the layout, the greenspaces, and the staff are all great. It's just that ungodly smells that assaults you when you open the car door that kills it. This place has a vet, gym, restaurants, bottle shop, major supermarket, Australia Post parcel lockers, dentist, holistic medicine practitioners as well as a medical centre and a great little pet food store that sells premium stock. There's even a chemist, hair dresser and nail salon. You can pretty much take care of most things in the one place. I see they also run community events and have appearances by the local politicians for meet and greets. The green space around it is home to a healthy mob of roos and wallaby's. A kids playground is nearby so if the kids need to let off some steam before popping in for milk this place is just the ticket.”

Although sent an email to the head office I got no answer. Very poor customer service quality thought I had good experience with them in 2020-2022. Tere should be some communication from the customer service to provide some options for the customre rather than ignoring many emails and calls I made. Such a bitter experience with Target. I recommend they be in touch with customers to help them, not just receive the payment and deliver a faulty product which they don't take responsibility for even!!!”

“To say that I am disgusted is an understatement. The staff are beyond rude and I will not be going back to this store for any reason. My teenage daughter and I walked in 20 minutes prior to closing. My daughter made her selections of clothing and went to try them on. Two female staff members were standing by the change room complaining about other staff and made no effort to greet or assist myself or my daughter. At exactly 5:00pm to the second one of the staff glares at me standing outside of the change rooms whilst my daughter is trying on the last garment and rudely tells me that they are now closed and to hurry up and that my daughter should not try on the last item. After my daughter had decided on the items to purchase I told her I would go and pay for them whilst she changes to speed up our purchace. I then went to the counter to pay and realised I had left the two gift cards in the car, which was parked right outside the of the store. My daughter came to meet me at the counter, after being called a brat by the ladies at the change rooms, and then quickly went to get the gift cards from the car. We were then met by yet another rude staff member who proceeded to roll her eyes and tell us that we were holding everyone up. We spent $194.95 within 24 minutes of being in your store with no help or assistance only rude arrogance from the staff. We finalised our purchace at 5:04pm, 4 minutes after you had closed. Seriously need to have a good hard look at your "team".”

Not once did I feel profiled but I was able to find with assistance the correct foundation product tester straight away. Sadly not stock at today. The assistant was friendly and made me feel at at easy and welcomed. I look around and all the workers are amazing customer service. Thank you for giving me back some respect for myself knowing there is a shop that looks at me as a person not the colour of of my skin.”

“Service is dead in this place. They are so task focused that the team members death stare you if you go near them. They shove Infront of you to fill their shelves. Navigating aisles has become increasingly difficult with 4 team members, all with a roll cage each occupying the aisle. One of the main ladies at the front loves a chat with her team and if you have a query or want to use express registers, she gets incredibly snappy and irritated for being interrupted. If you want a BBQ Chicken for dinner, don't bother. They don't cook enough and they'll be sold out prior to 5pm on most days. If you're lucky you'll get one of the last ones at around 5:30pm. The team are just collecting a paycheck in that place. There is no pride there at all.”
