“Hello! This has been a long time coming. My daughter and I are there every week at least. I have a red card and I used to thoroughly enjoy shopping there. First of all, the Starbucks has been a huge disappointment. They are continuously out of product. I realize this is not the barista's fault, but the service and drinks have been sub par. The customer service in the store is seriously lacking. I feel the associates go out of there way to ignore customers. I would just like a hi and/or a how are you? I worked in customer service for years, I know it can be challenging. If it was only occasionally, then I wouldn't mention it. I'm just really disappointed. What happened to being a guest??”
