“I have been using LumaDent's Ergo Air 6.0x loupes for over a month, and I am very happy with my decision to switch to LumaDent. I have used various brands' Ergo loupes for a little over a year, and there was always a compromise with each brand. The loupes I tried were either heavy, didn't have enough magnification, blocked most of my peripheral vision, or had issues with IPD or WD. In my extensive research on ergonomic loupe options, LumaDent always came out on top or close to it. Compared to my previous ergo loupes, I have far greater peripheral vision; they are about 40% lighter (I even weighed them myself) and are 1.5x higher mag. I am fortunate that my loupes came in perfect since ergos can be hit or miss with getting the exact IPD or WD right. My previous pair was slightly off and caused a slight halo effect around anything I looked at. My local sales rep, Danielle Price, was accommodating and reliable throughout the purchase. Go to pull my total out of the ATM and again it says invalid withdrawal. Cue this x2 more times and I’m embarrassed because there is money in the account and upset now that I have to leave to go and get money elsewhere. I ended up going to the grocery and another dispensary where my card works fine because I have money in my account. I drive from far away for the deals but I won’t be driving down any longer due to the ATM’s not working.”

The camp disposables for rosin are extremely unreliable. I am a constant buyer of these disposables because of the quality of rosin. It’s is some of the best quality Vegas has to offer. Each one that I get is good for the beginning then it starts acting up, not giving good hits anymore or it’s just completely not working anymore. I have about 20 disposables at home with 20-30% of the product still in the device.”

“I shopped at Baring Blvd Smiths for 11 yrs when I lived on York and my kids were at Reed High. Now I shop when I have my nail appt on Baring, and use the UPS in the center. Today at 11:00 am the store was crammed, being Saturday. One checker was opened. I went to self checkout. I had a 6 pk of paper towels that wouldn’t fit in their crummy bags. So I set it somewhere right there. There is NOWHERE to put anything. I bagged up all else and I accidentally left the p. Towels sitting there. $17.00 product. It’s my fault, however I rarely use self check, but was forced to or wait in an 8 person line with my frozen goods. There is a “helper” in self check. I’m disappointed and angry that no one noticed them, as there is NOWHERE to put ANYTHING down around the ck out area. There was an employee right there. So I’m out &17.00 because I had to lay them in between my area and the bags. I left them there and no one notices? I won’t ever shop there again. I’ll take my part of the blame, but the “helper” was no help. So they got put back if someone else took them on my dime.”
