He was barely short of being flat-out rude and when I asked if he was doing OK he said that he was annoyed (I can only assume with me) because they were closing soon (in 25 min). I apologized for any inconvenience and he outright ignored me while he continued to ring me up. Overall not a great experience. As someone who works in the service industry, I have personal experience with his exact vibe but you never let that leak onto your customers let alone tell them you're annoyed and treating them like they are inconvenient. Not sure if I'll be back.”

Jake has been the tour guide for both and he is super passionate, knowledgeable and funny. He explains cannabis in all of its beauty in a way that is digestible for people who may not know that much about cannabis as well as for your more advanced users. He breaks down all of the different kinds of cannabis products, the grow process and the ins and outs of the cannabis industry. I also love how he explains the differences between concentrates such as live resin and live rosin. The terpenes are the most important part of anything cannabis related and he nails that down throughout the tour in the best way possible. Plus they happen to grow my favorite strain of all time called ✨orange 🍊 cookie chem✨: try it and thank me later.”

“I purchased something here that was defective and they couldn’t refund or trade out my device because I didn’t make it back to the store in 7 days. So I lost at least $40 out of $65 to this place because of their bad product and they could not help me out. Just terrible customer service. I will not come back or recommend this place to anyone. Really bad policies. What sucks is I called ahead to let them know what was happening. I tried their suggestions to fix it. The suggested fixes for their defective product actually injured me while trying their suggestion. Then I was told to come in and bring the device because someone would be able to help me. I let them know that the purchase was made 9 days ago and they said it was fine and they would be able to help. I live far away only to get there and have an extremely unhelpful manager refuse to help me out when the device was clearly not working. I had only been to this place one time and just one of the worst experiences I have had. The actual manager told me he could not help me because his higher ups would be mad. Worst customer service I have ever had ever. I recommend staying away from this place. Very very poor management and managers”

Marilyn's approach to customer service was marked by rudeness and disrespect, which is unacceptable in any professional setting. What stood out the most was her audibly disrespectful laughter directed at customers seeking assistance. Such behavior raises concerns about the standard of professionalism upheld by Sam's Club in their hiring and training processes. When I brought this issue to the attention of the on-duty managers, the response I received was less than satisfactory. Despite expressing my concerns, their attempts at resolution felt insincere and were filled with empty platitudes. It is disheartening to feel that feedback may not lead to any tangible changes in Marilyn's conduct or the overall customer service culture and experience. One cannot help but question why a person with such a demeanor is allowed to represent Sam's Club, especially given the premium customers pay for a membership. The incongruity between the expectation of a positive shopping experience and the reality of encountering unprofessional behavior is a cause for serious reconsideration. As a Sam's Club member, I am now contemplating the possibility of requesting a refund for my membership and washing my hands of them. The idea that customers are subjected to such treatment while contributing to the success of the store is deeply unsettling. I hope that Sam's Club takes customer feedback seriously and endeavors to maintain the high standards of service that members expect. Alternatives like Costco are looking more promising, the potential of a shopping environment where basic human dignity and respect are integral to the customer experience. I genuinely hope that Sam's Club takes steps to address these concerns promptly and ensures that every customer is treated with the respect they deserve.”

“On a cold rainy day we got a hot meal here. They have a limited menu of sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, fries, etc but everything was tasty. There are a few tables both inside and outside. The convenience store sells groceries and fishing equipment. Loved their selection of ice cream. The ladies who work there are friendly but don't rush them or try to pay before the food is done. The only restrooms available are port a potties outside.”
