But they don’t stand behind their promotions. I accumulated approximately $700 worth of promotion bucks. I like to save them up for Christmas. So, back in December, I walked in and placed an order and informed them that I had some bonus bucks for the purchase. They told me that they don’t know what happened, but I had $0 in bonus. No notice, no e-mail informing me, no nothing. I asked to have a manager contact me, and I have called back three times asking for a manager to contact me. I have received nothing. No calls, no correspondence. Be careful with Trinity. They don’t stand behind their promotions.”

“For the past 3 years. I've come to this location at least 2-3 times a week. I love this place. It's so convenient for me to go here since it's on my way home from work. Since the one by my home is a little out of the way. Earlier this afternoon I had my first issue. I was accused of cutting in line while using the self-checkout. I was about to pay and i hear an Older female employee talking while walking up to me and says "next time you use the self-checkout lane you need to wait in line like everyone else." Then proceeds to point at the empty area where line would've been. I was very confused and I said to her "Huh??? I did wait in line. I was waiting in line for 5 minutes. There was a lady in front of me and someone else waiting in line behind me. I come here all the time and only use the self-checkout line so I know where the line is." Then she says "oh someone said you just walked up to the register." Me not wanting to cause a scene because this isn't Walmart. I just stayed quiet and now I'm regretting that I did. I finished my purchase and left feeling very embarrassed. I really don't know what I did wrong. I'm hoping there was no malicious intent by that person that accused of me cutting in line. I tried calling a supervisor or manager to report my incident/concern but that was a waste of time and was not able to get through anyone.”

I didn't say anything to the group when heading to guest service, thinking someone was over there. Stood there for at least 5 minutes with them periodically looking over at me but not coming over. Someone finally came over and didn't apologize. The gentleman who helped me just said them, "knuckleheads," then went about doing my pick up. Thankfully, I'll continue to go to this one because it's too close to go elsewhere, I don't usually interact with employees and do self-check out. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, though.”

I do not usually go in this location but it is the same as the Target near my place. The selection of clothes were lovely, selection for both men and women is really nice and the prices are fair and reasonable and there are eve items that are on huge sale.
