“OH MY GOSH!! All i can say about this place. It is AMAZING! they have everything from food to tea to containers to beauty and cleaning products. All fair cheap prices and with bulk options. The best stocked with the largest variety dispensary shop ive ever been to. Definitely a must see and buy! Its also bring your own containers to fill but if you forgot one they offer cheap containers to use and if you return them clean theyll refund you the container price! Amazingly helpful staff and adorable store.”

“Who doesn't like chocolates 😋, It's a nice store to buy Choclates at discounted prices, especially truffles, we bought 150 assorted truffles just for $55, and the staff was really good and helpful. Overall experience was wonderful. Recommend all chocolate lovers to go and have a look. I am deducting just 1 star because I found chocolate bars were more expensive than normal stores like Shoppers Drug, walmart, Superstore, etc. When I am visiting brand's outlet then expect some discount or atleast same price like other stores not expensive.”

Was not told accurate information about a vape cartridge, but it was a brand new product and it could have been a simple error as it was just relating to the ratio of rosin to distillate, everything else was bang on.”

“Beautiful new store in the neighbourhood 🏬 right in between the soon to be built condo towers. Has a great selection, is clean and bright, and a Starbucks inside, what more do you need? I’m a happy camper. Parking available in the back of the store upstairs via Ridgeway or in the front via Austin on the ground level. A bit pricier than others locally but understandably they have to make up for the new build I suppose.”

“The customer service is what usually brought me back to over pay for weed but this last time they were rude! I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and frequently stock up for the month here but won’t be returning. Went to restock and because apparently I ran into friends in the parking lot then came in to make my purchase but they wanted the ids of all the people that I did not arrive with and literally drove off… I was supposed to call them to come back to the parking lot where they had just gotten groceries?? I explained and basically they told to go away… Wouldn’t have minded but they were so rude. If I’m spending that much money I’ll go where they appreciate the business”

“Worst customer service .. apparently they won't exchange an item , if it was a buy 2 get one free . I ve never read that anywhere . The supervisor was rude "APPLE" .. learn how to treat customers or go clean toilets you may be better at that . A good way to lose a customer that spends a lot of money at your store. . London drugs customer service has gone down the toilet .”

“I went on beauty boutique today and the Chinese attended didn’t attend me properly. When I asked her that I want to try a perfume she said yes its there, NO!!! No any other shopper’s attendant do that thing they always spray on paper and then give to customer to check fragrance. After saying that thing she just left I wanted to check more perfumes and wanted to ask its price and some details. BUT she left without asking. Why she did that because I am not canadian or Chinese thatswhy?? Maybe she was to busy in doing shomthing instead of attending customers which should be her priority. I am going to boycott this one. That’s it”

“Brought the items I wanted to purchase to the customer service counter because I also need to get a SodaStream cylinder with their recycle/exchange program. The lady at the counter was quite unhappy and told me "You see the cashier there? They are just standing around you could have gone there instead." I explained to her that I did not know they could do the cylinder exchange, because other stores require me to do it at customer service department. She still rang me through but also mumbled "Yup, just doing everyone's job." while scanning my items. Maybe you are having a rough day, but that doesn't mean you can give your customers attitude.”
