“Target is no longer a viable retailer option for me. 6 weeks ago I stood in front of an employee waiting to buy batteries in the electronics dept while patiently waiting while they helped someone on the phone who ironically wasn’t trying to buy anything. It took me 40 minutes to buy batteries at Target. Recently I tried calling to see if a product I wanted was in stock. The website said it was. No one ever answered the phone to confirm. I purchased the item online for in store pick up to find out 2 hours they didn’t have it. I switched pick up to Blaine. That took 3 hours to confirm. I’m not spending another penny on a company that can’t be bothered to pick up a phone and talk to people that want to spend money with them. Yeah. I’m done. I don’t care if they’re a local company.”
