“David and Wendy at Totally Wicked we’re a total joy. First let’s talk about what I came in needing. I quit smoking 1 year ago. Since then I have put on more than 15 kilos as I have replaced smoking with food. So I decided I needed to get on to these with some nicotine to not run the risk of needing to start to smoke cigarettes again. I was waiting for a train and decided to look if there was an e-cig shop near by. I came in and the shop was incredibly clean. Both team members were wearing face masks and behind plastic screens. They gave me enough to look around without pouncing, and then David kindly came close (keeping socially distant and with mask on) and asked what I was needing. I explained to David what I was after and he narrowed down the needs to two options. Wendy came over to give some input too, they work AWESOME together, and had the product I was eyeing up. It was just £16.99 in a lovely brushed silver metal AND even came with three bottles of flavours. Wendy was very clear that they respect details such as email and that it respects GDPR and will not be shared. David informed me that they deliver world wide and as I work for a local business they do discounts on subsequent purchases. After purchasing (paid with my phone as they accept Apple Pay and contactless) they took me to a table and chair abs helped me set it up. Their customer service was out of this world and I’m very happy that they were able to guide me away from going back to cigarettes. I went with the Rhubarb & Custard, Blackcurrant and Fruit Fusion at 0.3% nicotine. It’s very rare that I make a decision and pay the first time I visit. They made the decision process really easy and simple. I will be coming back ok a frequent basis.”

“When I visited the store the staff member made me and my Dad feel welcome . He was really helpful towards me and took his time, he did not rush me at all, which I appreciated a lot. He really went out of his way. As well as this, he advised me on frames which weren’t good for me (as I asked him about them), he stated the reason why too which I liked. Furthermore, whenever I asked him out of two frames which he thinks suits me more he would tell me . In addition to this, when I narrowed it down to two frames which I liked the most, I asked him which he thinks are better, in which he replied saying he can have his opinion but it’s what I like , this was nice of him as he was considering my needs a lot. I would highly recommend Specsavers, Bury.”

“Went in today to have a look around. Decided to buy hand gel. Upon approaching the till the staff began talking on the headsets including the staff member on the till. Their conversation kept on during the transaction. My change was placed on the side rather than to my hand. However, there the hand gel was a very good price at 10p a bottle. There was other hand gel there for 6p a bottle.”

“Such a bad store. It has turned into a warehouse on the shop floor. Pallets left in aisles waiting for staff to stock the shelves, unsafe when having kids or elderly people around, an accident waiting to happen. also reduces the space for people to navigate around each other, food items all over the place and not well thought out, shelves are empty, not enough cash options on self service checkouts, when it first opened it was great but has slowly gone downhill, not a great store or shopping experience. Store manager obviously needs more training in how to run the Altrincham branch.”

“I have still not received my order 16 days after it was paid for. Communication is shocking and I keep getting cut off when I try to call. Emails are not being answered. Very disappointed 😞 can somebody get in touch with me for my refund. I'm still waiting for my refund( 3.10.23) . Please can someone sort it. I'm still waiting for my refund (9.10.23) No-one is answering my calls or replying to my messages. Your customer service is shocking. I would like my refund sorting please or my order sending. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. STAY WELL CLEAR! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Update...... (12/10/23) the money has still not gone into my account despite them showing me the receipt with refunded on. I'm asking them to show me which bank account the refund had gone into but I'm still waiting. Its NOT gone into my account. Terrible company. My next step is Trading standards. 13/10/23 Still no refund 😤 16/10/23 Still no refund, I have now reported this to the fraud department. 17/10/23- Finally 38 days later my refund has been sent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY !!!”
