“Fantastic University! One of the top ranked universities in the United States, especially in Computer science and Robotics. Also one of the most expensive universities! The campus is decent. The location is pretty good. It is very well connected to almost all the locations of the city due to its central location.”

Driven2drive Driving School & License Testing Center - Bala Cynwyd

“By far one of the best driving experiences I had. As a over thinker, I naturally freak out when it comes to the idea of a driving test. It was a real surreal moment, the instructors are really nice, knowledgeable and, patient. Emphasis on their patience It’s like a real homy vibe, it’s seems family oriented which means they want you to pass. Plus gives you the tools to pass, and you don’t feel pressured. If anything the instructors are great at making you feel confident even if you didn’t have any going in. I would seriously recommend driven 2 drive.”

The University Of Scranton

800 Linden St, Scranton, PA 18510, United States

“For Prospective Students and Their Parents: You will not necessarily gain more if you pay more tuition. Consider options that are ABET-accredited programs at all reputable institutions and make an informed decision by comparing the curricula of different programs. Check US News for the program that you are looking for. For Prospective Faculty Members: If you are considering joining this University, please be aware of the following: 1. The retirement plan is not included for faculty members in their first year by default. Make sure to negotiate the inclusion of a retirement package in your first-year contract with your Dean. 2. Starting in 2023, new faculty members will receive 2% less in their retirement accounts due to a decision by the faculty union. They compromised the retirement plan of new faculty members and kept the salaries of currently employed faculty members increased. 3. Do not get upset when you figure out senior faculty members receive more benefits compared to newer faculty members. The union continuously has compromised benefits for newer faculty members while 'grandfathered' benefits for currently employed faculty members. Being a union member is not mandatory; however, you have no bargaining power if you decide not to be a union member. You must pay the union fee or instead library donation that will be deducted from your salary even if you are not a union member. 4. Residing in Scranton implies a %3.4 local income tax in addition to the %3.07 flat rate tax in PA. For Prospective Staff: The retirement plan is not included in their first year by default.”

Delaware County Community College
4.3

Open until 07:00 PM

901 Media Line Rd, Media, PA 19063, United States

“Chuck Baker is the worst teacher there, doesn’t care about his students, doesn’t do his job or even the bare minimum, thinks providing any assistance to his students is “unfair”. Taking a break from the college because his class was that bad School also recently raised there prices regardless of not teaching me anything I didn’t already know in 2 years. They only teach common sense. Other then these 2 flaws the school it’s self is nice if you just want the degree, it’s a beautiful school, if you want to learn anything or expect the teachers to do their job it’s too much of a mixed bag.”

Franklin & Marshall College
4.5
( 8 reviews ) $$

637 College Ave, Lancaster, PA 17603, United States

“beautiful place, college looks like a fairy tale. It fascinates the connection of the faculty with the Lancaster community. The architecture of the building is perfect, the place ideal for schooling. The chirping of birds and the chirping of crickets and a multitude of squirrels and rabbits lead to a place that is ideal for staying”

La Salle University
4.3

1900 W Olney Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19141, United States

“Took very long to look at my application, I had to contact them after a month in a half and got told the admissions staff were on vacation. This caused me to start school late and gave me little time to prepare for the semester. I was also unable to register for classes giving me a very strange schedule. When I tried to register before classes started I was unable despite reaching out for assistance.Tried to charge me late fees despite them not processing my grant. The Financial aid department were not helpful. If you are struggling financially the first and last thing they will tell you is to take a big loan out before even attempting to give alternatives. The Teachers are strange and not very helpful in my opinion. The math class requires a 70 to 100 dollar program to even do the course. This school is also in a weird part of north Philadelphia. Too expensive (20k) for how small it is. Go elsewhere.”

Northampton Community College

“Since I sent an email SEVERAL weeks ago about this situation with no response whatsoever from NCC, I will leave the review here to warn you everyone about what you could experience here. I am a new transfer student from Florida and I have had nothing but trouble becoming an NCC student. I applied, sent my transcripts, and completed everything necessary mid to late August. I have been passed along from person to person to person with barely any answers as to why I have not received my student ID number, my student email, or been assigned an advisor. Everyone has passed the blame along until the wonderful records department was able to reset my workday account. However, have still not been assigned an advisor and because of the several week delay from the side of NCC, I am unable to enroll in classes that are in my major. My transcripts were received several days ago and as of today, they have still not been reviewed. I understand that it can be busy, but at the very least, I would expect some kind of communication from your end as to why my application was on a hold for several weeks and why I am now unable to begin classes until January. Thank you.”
