“The biggest blunder of my life -: I recently enrolled in the Institute with high hopes of acquiring new skills and knowledge. However, my experience with their so-called "trainer" was nothing short of a complete disaster. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with the quality of instruction I received. From the outset, it was evident that the trainer lacked both expertise and enthusiasm for the subject matter. It felt like they were simply going through the motions, reciting information from outdated slides without any real understanding of the material. Their lack of preparation was evident, as they stumbled through explanations and frequently got basic concepts wrong. The trainer's communication skills were abysmal. They mumbled through their sentences, making it incredibly challenging to follow along. I constantly found myself straining to hear what they were saying, and when I asked for clarification, they seemed irritated and brushed off my questions as if I were a burden. Moreover, it was clear that the trainer had no interest in engaging with the class. There were no interactive activities, discussions, or practical exercises to reinforce the learning. The sessions felt monotonous and uninspiring, leaving me struggling to stay focused and motivated. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of the training was the trainer's inability to answer even the most basic queries. When faced with challenging questions, they either provided vague, irrelevant responses or admitted they didn't know the answer. It was as if they were merely reading from a script and had no genuine understanding of the subject matter. On top of all this, the training material itself was outdated and poorly organized. It felt like a haphazard compilation of random information without any logical flow or structure. I often found myself confused and lost, trying to piece together disconnected fragments of information. Overall, my experience with the trainer at SDI was a complete waste of time and money. Their lack of knowledge, enthusiasm, and communication skills left me feeling frustrated and discouraged. I would strongly advise anyone considering this institute for training to look elsewhere, as the subpar instruction is a disservice to those seeking to learn and grow professionally. Totally waste of time....if u have enough time to waste then go and enjoy the beautiful campus and scenic views of Barunei.”
