The staff is extremely helpful, from the instructors/professors to the advisors, tutors, library staff, administrative staff, assistants....etc...all are there for you, even after you are signed up and started classes, they are there to help you gain the best education experience you can get. I'm very pleased with my experience so far.”

“I am only giving this school 2 stars, considering I appreciate the professors and the knowledge they provide. The only inclination I have against this school is the fact that I have had to bounce around back and forth with financial aid. First of all, they ended up submitting all of my payments to my bank account and then told me I needed to pay it back, which they submitted the funds to pay for classes. Now I was responsible for their mess up and owed the amount they gave me. Stating they ,"paid me too much." I finally got that resolved, but to my own discretion, they would tell me they can't give me full funds for one class since I need to take at least 5 credits. I work full time and go and balance school. Some people can take multiple classes, but I can't. Now they tell me I may not be funded at all. If it wasn't for me doing all online and appreciating the professors, I wouldn't continue getting my education here. Do yourself a favor to those who plan to apply here, don't do it. I am honestly tempted to transfer my credits back to Edmonds Community College, but since I live so far, it makes it hard.”
