Once I receive his quote, I'll decide if I'm going to use Doc Dancer. Update 8/2/23: I did chose Doc Dancer to install my new HVAC system. It was just installed today. I was so impressed with Chris and Jeorge. They were both very professional, kind, and knowledgeable installers. They explained what they were going to do and went to work. They had all the needed. materials with them to do a nice looking install. They cleaned every scrap of mess up and left it looking better than when they arrived. They gave me a walk through of their work when completed and gave me plenty of time for questions. I thoroughly recommend Doc Dancer! Update (8/16/23): Tim Devita came to teach me to use my new Ecobee3 Lite thermostat as well as inspect the installation to ensure it was installed properly. He helped me adjust the thermostat settings so that my A/C is dehumidifing as it should. He took the time to answer my questions and was going to have a manual sent out. He was here 45 minutes to an hour and the humidity is disappearing as I type this review. Tim was on time, very polite, and professional. Service was great!”

“We were very impressed with our designer, Angela. From the first meeting with her, she made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Angela presented multiple options for replacing our kitchen cabinets. Her knowledge of all the items was impressive. She took photos of our kitchen, then placed them in an application that displayed what our new kitchen would look like. She continued to let us know that we could make as many changes as possible, which we did make a few. Durian Builders were very good with their workmanship. Tradesline Finishing, Black Stone, Accurate Electrical & Tier One contractors all were very respectful of our home, and exceeded our expectations. They all cleaned up after every day as well. Maurey and Cole kept our project moving as best they could. Cole prepared the work area so very little dust would penetrate into our living areas. Maurey handled any and all questions and problems that arose. While Maurey had many other projects to handle, but he worked to satisfy our questions in a timely manner. We realized there would be some obstacles and these were handled with professionalism. Again, it all started with your friendly staff and Angela listening and understanding our thoughts. “I had an outstanding experience with Francisco and Luis! They did an impeccable job installing our Tesla wall charger. The installation is so clean that you can’t even tell they’ve been here. They even cleaned up after themselves, leaving us with nothing to do but plug our car in. They patiently walked me through the entire process and explained how to connect to the charger in the future for any network adjustments. The limiter they installed allowed us to use our sub-panel for connecting the charger, which enables the system to meter itself if there’s additional load on the panel, eliminating the need for extensive cabling throughout the house. To top it off, our neighbor was so impressed with their work that they’re interested in the same installation. Kudos to both gentlemen for their outstanding support! I also want to give a shoutout to Scott, who made the entire process painless, answered all my questions, and got the install scheduled faster than I expected. Cocktail hour was incredible and offered so many choices. We opted for a buffet for dinner and it truly was spectacular; the food was plentiful, high quality, and delicious. Our bartenders were absolutely amazing and accommodating; Anna our Maitre D was attentive, kind, and looking out for us the entire night; Mike the owner as well as Anna were both a joy to work with throughout the whole planning process. “This company installed a brand new unit in May 2021. However, when they did, they also blew fuses, surge protectors, garage door opener, and the fan on the new unit all because the so called "experienced technicians" who did the install took the fuse used for my stove and used it for the AC/Heater. So, if it hadn't blown my fuse box, I wouldn't have been able to use my stove. Come to find out, the techs were all new and inexperienced. Since the install, we have had several issues with the unit where they have had to send out actual qualified technicians to repair. And now, today during our Fall checkup, I was told I need to replace the pipe connected to the unit that goes up through the attic to the roof. We were never told this needed to be replaced with the new install. But today, Jim, the manager, said, well the new units put out much more heat so it probably detieriated faster. Well, if this is the case, shouldn't they have informed us of this when they examined all what needed to be done or changed out to install the new unit? So I asked Jim if they would be able to give us a discount for the new pipe install after everything we've gone through with them. He said there isn't anything they can do because the $750 is at the lowest price already. I asked him if he would ask the owners, and he said he did before he called me, and they also said no. I wasn't asking for anything free, just some sort of discount, but this just goes to show what kind of company they really are. The funny thing is, because of what happened with us, SA Specialties implemented a new policy that all new installs are to be inspected when completed. Also, I ended up with a $1500 ER/Ambulance bill because the technicians leaked gas or some sort of chemical in the house and never told me to go outside when they all did. So I ended up feeling nauseous, dizzy, and passing out in my front yard. Now, we have had some experienced and good technicians come out for the repairs and maintenance, but that's because I make sure to request it. If you use this company, just be sure to ask for them and know what type of ownership and management you're getting with this company. Unfortunately, for me, the unit is under a 10 year maintenance and repair warranty, so I have no choice but to use them.”
