“Very disappointed with the 2 elderly male sales staff who ignored customer and started chatting with one another instead. When they see customer enter the section they’re handling, instead of asking if customer needed help, the uncle decided to walk to the other uncle at the opposite section and started chatting. The other uncle also saw customer flagging for help. But both ignored till I had to open my mouth to ask. The old bloke handling the Dept came back but was condescending and providing irrelevant answers also. We hear a lot of old Bloke’s complaining that companies don’t give you a chance. But do you even appreciate the opportunity you’re given in the first place. If you’re so unwilling to work, then best stay home or sit at coffee shop than wasting company’s resources. So far, I’ve had very good experiences in other Branches. These 2 staffs at Jurong Point is a huge disappointment and pull down the rating for other hardworking staff in Challenger. Wake up blokes!”

“Why cant they be more friendlier like Challenger TampinesMall and Expo. When you are hinting them that you need assistance, they will look at you and shy away, ignoring you for awhile. Bought an iphone case for my brother as a gift and asked for a new stock because they wrapped the UAG casing with a rope/tape that tighly seals and crumples the box. The clerk said so that it will not be stolen and then asked me to pay at the counter right away, as if im gonna steal that case that is protected by keylock and that tape, duh!! The reason im looking for them is to have a new stock rather than buying a damaged box. They also played this card when I bought my Asus dualband router, they will just bring you right away to the counter as if your gonna buy 1 item only. Not sure of their problem with theft but, they shouldnt vent it out to legit customers. You buy expensive things and the packaging is part of the experience. They need to train their clerks on sales and customer service. It would been nice if they check or listen to what their customer needs. Hope this honest review helps the customer and this store itself.”

“Have been relying on Fuwell for my IT equipment and accessories for more than 2 decades. Even their price list (like many other shops in Sim Lim Square) has a long history that transition from era to era: it was first only available in print at the shops, then we could download them from hardwarezone website, till today it is readily available anywhere online. While hunting for a replacement NAS, I met Sebastian in Fuwell, a capable staff with a wealth of knowledge on NAS. Sebastian helped me greatly, from troubleshooting my NAS with 2 hard drives, to recommending the most appropriate replacement NAS and hard drives to me. Very thankful for his patience and guidance. Reputable and trustworthy shop recommended to all.”
