It is a very dangerous shop for divers, surfers or any sea activities lover. Plenty of stuff is selling inside. They have almost everything. Friendly staff, you can always ask them whenever you need any help. Overall it is a great store to get your equipment. And it can be very dangerous to your wallet as well as you will end up getting a lot of stuff that you didn't plan to buy.”

“Went in yesterday to return a faulty solar power bank. Was brand new with cellophane still on it and a reciept 2 days old. The unit had stopped charging and instead of just swapping the item over the rude staff member tried to give me an aftermarket power supply. I had to say excuse me this is an ndis order that cost $699. I think ill just have a replacement thanks, he still tried to tell me no that i would just have to take the aftermarket power supply, so i said ill just have them removed as an ndis provider of mine and cancel my other orders. It was only at this point his demeanor changed. Its amazing what the staff here will try to get away with. I then went to purchase an anderson cable to 2.1dc to which he told me didnt exist. Only the day before another staff member showed me the exact item. Also whinged about the reciept being from another store.. Like that should matter. Ended up buying the Anderson from jaycar Redcliffe in a second flat. Rude, arrogant and tried to take advantage of someone who was disabled. Wish i could say it was a single store thing but my experience has always been sub par and a little snooty with Jaycar. Oughta be ashamed.”
