When I went in the back the Young man that help me was so Cool I didn't know what to get so he got them for me and was really sweet. The young man on the side of him was cool too. I will be back”

“Knowledgeable staff with a wide selection of games and collectibles. The staff is knowledgeable and patient. They were the only store in like a 100 mile radius that had the specific power cable we needed. Much appreciated! They also have a players room where they have campaigns and other board games happening live.”

“I usually do not write reviews, but our experience here was horrible. We went in to get our lap top updated and space cleared up and when we went to pick it up It no longer turned on. They had no real explanation and wanted to charge us to repair the laptop THEY BROKE for over $400. They ended up taking the lap top that cost us over $700 and giving us a gift card for $275 and said to get an IPAD? Some people do not understand the value of items. I am not sure if it is the manager who has the final call, but $275 for a mistake they made is an insult. They should have repaired the laptop that they broke. If you are experiencing real issues your better off going to best buy instead of this place. After going through the reviews I see now that other people too have issues with them "Fixing" their stuff. They are not staffed properly to handle issues and have no sense on how to manage a business like Apple. Do Not Bother Going here.”

“Absolutely stellar customer service and expert knowledge. I took my camera in and tried a number of lenses before deciding and making my purchase. I explained my use case and Andy provided numerous options and recommendations. I have no doubt a phone contact would be just as fruitful if you can’t make it into the store. I’ve bought many things over the years, going back to the 80s when I bought film, chemical, and paper for my darkroom as a teenager. 100% recommended. Experts and professionals in every sense of the word.”
