“Be weary of the service here, took my computer here for inquiry with a minor hinge issue and the guy started bending my computer this way and that with complete carelessness and lack of sensitivity. I could HEAR the cracking of parts within as he handled the device as if it was a toy. He ended up bending the side of the computer out of shape (the picture was of the lasting damages after I tried bending it back). Left the place with my computer still broken and heightened mental distress as I had all of my important documents on this laptop. If you have a minor issue with your laptop, be super cautious. I’m not a tech person but I believe that even minor problems should be handled with the same care and attention as more serious ones. This experience is saddening as I will never be able to trust technicians fully with any repairs again.”

I did not get that kind of service at any of the other Canada Computers and we have been to several in the region. Not to mention while we were in the store so many customers were coming in asking for him amd a few of the other staff by name because of how great they are with recommending the best parts. Mike knows his stuff and was aware of what products perform the best as well as the best bang for your buck. Then I called up Aden Camera and spoke to John, who told me that it was available and that he would keep my item at the side. Rightly so after reaching the store he promptly get everything done very quickly and swiftly. He was very informative as well and guided me with other photography stuff too. Also the store had a wide range of photography equipments from various brands. Very ready to help out with any questions. I would highly recommend this store.”

“I have never really shopped at a Basics because of their reputation, but moving to Cambridge a few years back, I figured a fresh start was in order. I'm glad I did, this location is not big, but they have just about everything you would need. Well stocked shelves with hard to get things like yeast during the pandemic and good policies to prevent people from stockpiling things. Staff are really friendly, and their self checkouts are a literal joy to use. Prices are a bit high on some core things but not by too much to deter you from going - their sale prices, though, are usually the best in the market, so its a fair tradeoff”

“*****UPDATE**** So after I wrote this review, the brick reached out and asked for more info via email. After weeks and weeks, we get a call from someone finally! We were told by this woman over and over, " Nothing was broken" when this was not the case, and their delivery people came back to assess the damage that same day! They gentlemen were rather pissed off and told my husband, " If anything is broken, they make us pay for it." We have dealt with Leon's in the past and had only one thing ever go wrong. The problem was dealt with by the end of the day! They were great about the whole thing. I would say be very careful with them as I said before they do not take accountability at their highest levels. We spent thousands there in the last few months, and i wish we didn't! Skip the whole headache and go to Leon's! ****ORIGINAL POST***** We ordered a whole new living room from the brick sarnia. We took advantage of black Friday pricing, and, to this day, we still don't have all our items. When our couches were delivered, our wall mounted light was ruined by the movers, and our paint was scratched. Now, we r reasonable people, and we do understand accidents happen. However, after many attempts, both in store and over the phone, we r being put off with a " someone will call you" line. Spoiler alert " Someone never does!" The brick does not take accountability, and I'd advise caution when buying from here if u can't get else where first!”
