“My Pet family have been visiting Treendale Pet Medical since we moved to Australind 8 years ago and they were on Old Coast Road. They have supported us through emergencies as well as routine appointments. When they were on Old Coast Road my pooch Oaka who was a young pup at the time, used to break out of our yard close by to go and visit them, I would get a call from reception to let me know she was there, she was safe and she was hanging out in the reception until I got home 😅😂 Over the years we have had a few minor injuries and allergies that they have helped us navigate with care and compassion. We had a bad emergency Easter Sunday last year where we nearly lost her. Dr. Torbin came in to meet us and she had an emergency surgery shortly after when she went downhill. It was touch and go but she made it. They really do go above and beyond the expected, and I find what they charge, for the service they provide to be very, very reasonable. They now also look after our Dane puppy, and I know she’s going to be in safe and capable hands who care- she’s having some issues at the moment with spring allergies as did Oaks when she was the same age. I appreciate all the staff, Dr. Torbin and Dr. Rob with the team of supportive nurses, I thank them for the wonderful efforts and support- and I definitely recommend them.”

SASH told me to take him to my local vet. When I informed them of this they told me that they couldn't do anything because they don't have "24/7" care?!?! I'd suggest they don't have any care. 17 years!!!!!!”

“Our two encounters with Dr. Pooja Mishra at the Animal Referral Hospital have been deeply disheartening. We had hoped for guidance and support during a challenging time, but instead, we were met with a condescending attitude that left us feeling dismissed and uncared for. During both visits, Dr. Mishra's communication lacked empathy and respect, making an already stressful situations even more challenging. Her bedside manner did not meet the standard we expected from a healthcare provider, especially when dealing with sensitive medical treatments. To make matters worse, she essentially recommended that we put our dog to sleep, offering no hope or options. Given the significant financial investment in treatments and the advice we received at this clinic, we assumed we were making the right choices for our family member. However, after only three treatments, our dog's health has taken a rapid downturn. We now believe that we have been misled and will be seeking a second opinion and treatments elsewhere. Additionally, the impression that financial gain was prioritized over our pet's well-being only added to our frustration. We believe that a pet's health and comfort should always be the primary concern. Our sincere hope is that Dr. Pooja Mishra and the Animal Referral Hospital will take this feedback to heart, reassess their approach, and ensure that all patients and their owners receive the care, respect, transparency, and guidance they deserve during challenging times.”

As we arrived they came out with a stretcher and took her in straight away, the girls there Thursday night were nothing but amazing and compassionate. My pup meant the world to me they got this they understood that. They gave me the choice and told me that I needed to decide asap what to do.
