They were terrific with her, and showed us that they cared about her, from her nail trimming, and location of her Rabies Vaccine (they gave it to her in the hip, NOT her side - which normally leaves a very tender spot for days. Dr. Farrel (sp ?) was knowledgeable, and was more than willing to answer any/all my questions. Overall, we had a very good experience with the Civano Team today!”

I wish I could recall all of the team members names, because in my opinion, they all deserve a big hug and recognition for so kindly going above and beyond in such an incredibly sad and difficult time for us and our angel. Our baby passed in my arms, his doctor was so so kind and supportive. It meant the world to me and I thank you for your tenderness and exceptional bedside manner.”

“This place is great. Brought my dog here on a Sunday after she was attacked by another dog. The Staff was kind, compassionate, and informative. They got my dog in immediately and checked her vitals and also gave her a pain injection and let her lay on a soft bed to make her more comfortable. They had other dogs who were ahead of us/less stable, but they made sure my dog was comfortable while we waited. (Other hospitals I have been there have not done this) The cost was reasonable for an emergency vet. And even let the person who's dog attacked my dog pay for the bill.”
