“My baby got 4 teeth extractions. I was worried sick about putting him under anesthesia and just the whole process in general because my baby has never been through anything like this since he was neutered as a baby. Dr. Ward and her staff were very patient and responsive to all my worries and questions (I can be very overbearing when it comes to my cats). I go on the 12th for my other cats teeth and I am very confident in this team and going in with a lot more ease because of how well they took care of my Miller. I absolutely love this clinic and would and do refer this clinic to anyone in need of a team that will take the best care of their fur babies. “My sweet sheltie puppy Lily was unfortunately hit by a car in September. I called and spoke to Portia who was extremely empathetic and professional on the phone, she said she’d let the ER team know Lily was on the way. When I arrived she was immediately triaged by Amanda, John, Leishay, Dr McKibben and Dr Cicierchi. They were ready for her and stabilized her extremely quickly and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was understandably a wreck and they all were kind and empathetic and cared so much about me and Lily. She ended up being hospitalized for 4 days in the ICU and was under the care of Dr Meola, Dr Holt, and Dr Hickox. Their communication with me was spectacular- I got multiple updates a day on her progress and was able to visit Lily multiple times. Lily received such wonderful care from her doctors and technicians and assistants in the ICU. I’d like to thank Lexe, Alissa, Megan, Skylar, Amanda, Sarah, Marin, Lindsey, Brittany, Mary, Lexi, Nayeli, and Jenna for all the wonderful care you all gave Lily while she was hospitalized. They treated Lily with the love and compassion like she was their own dog. I am so grateful for the care Lily and I received and am so happy I brought her to Wheat Ridge. Lily is thankfully on the mend and is almost back to her normal self. And I 1000% attribute it to how quickly she was triaged and how well she was cared for by the Doctors and staff at Wheat Ridge.”
