“We have been going to Merrick for a few years for our senior pup, and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences there. The staff and vets are so lovely and kind. Dr. Horowitz is really the best and explains and answers questions very thoroughly and thoughtfully. They are very up front about costs and treatments and the pricing is fair. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a vet in the near western suburbs.”

“Amazing, compassionate, sympathetic and humane staff. Our puppy was hit by a car and rushed to Golf Rose. We called them ahead of arrival and upon arrival there was a triage team waiting for us ready to help. The doctor, techs, nurses and receptionist were very kind and understanding of our situation. It was hard to find someone without a smile. The entire staff was eager to help and save our puppy.”

“From any animal hospital I have ever been to, this place is by far the best. The receptionists are always so nice and helpful, even over the phone. They are also very good about scheduling, I have never had an issue getting in, even under a time crunch. I feel so welcomed here and they truly deliver the best care. I would not take my pet anywhere else and I recommend taking your pet here.”

“TJ has been extremely helpful in helping us with Lucy’s soon to be two knee surgery’s. He’s taken care of all our insurance claims so we don’t have to worry about it. We can tell he’s genuine about Lucy’s well being too. Not just TJ, but the entire staff who comes to greet Lucy when we arrive. You have our trust when we take Lucy to the Vet, knowing she’s going to be in good hands. Also a shout out to Dr. Johnson. Thank you for explaining everything to us about Lucy’s second surgery. Thank you for being patient with all my wife’s questions. :).”
