“I am very impressed with this animal hospital! This was my third time visiting. The first time was for a medical visit. The second time was for his annual exam. This time was for a grooming appointment. Each time everyone was so kind, helpful, and patient from scheduling the appointment to checking out after our visit. We never had to wait long. The fees were very reasonable. No one tried to force additional services on us. They actually try to make your life easier and save your time. My dog, Anderson, can be challenging as he is a rescue. He can take a while to warm up to people. Each person we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. No one forced him. They made sure he was comfortable. Dr. Jordan really took his time to explain everything to me. I never felt rushed. This is an added bonus. A vet that is just as good with people as he is with animals. I wanted to get Anderson groomed. Like I said, he is challenging so I was concerned that grooming might not be an option. One of the groomers, Lynne, actually came to see Anderson during our annual exam visit! She said that it is possible to groom him. I scheduled a grooming appointment. I didn't have to wait long to get him in. I still can't believe the level of customer service at this place! The grooming appointment went very well from dropping him off to picking him up. Lynne is so nice, and I can tell she truly loves animals. Anderson looks great! I am truly grateful for everyone at this hospital.”

“My Lil buddy Milo had an infection in his ear and they treated it and got some checkup stuff done. All went well. Staff was friendly and loved on Milo. Milo made a few new friends too. Great place. Thank yall.”

“Brought in a stray with an appointment. The staff there is wonderful, caring and polite. The place is clean and the animals there seemed very relaxed not like a lot of vet offices. Great prices, he got all his shots and a checkup.”

“I had an emergency situation this morning and Atascazoo was only vet open at 7am. I’d never been there and they took my fur baby in right away. Within mins I was signing docs to have him put down as nothing could be done. They were quick, didn’t drag their feet because they didn’t have records, and allowed my fur baby to pass away peacefully rather than in my car waiting for our vet to open at 9am. I can’t thank the team enough in how they handled me in my emotional state.”
