“I have worked with multiple agencies and recruiters sometimes it’s really hard to find a proactive recruiter. Danielle Chait has gone above and beyond throughout the process of the contract.I have to give her a credit for submitting my application and getting the contract so quick. She is a very good communicator, makes herself available even on her off day which is the utmost quality of a good recruiter. Us as a traveler recruiter will make a big difference on our assignment, I have dealt with some recruiters who will stop communicating as soon as the contract is signed and disappear until it’s time to sign a new contract. So far I have no complain with the recruiter I got from Epic.”

“It’s not $99/mo. They aren’t transparent with their pricing. I was charged almost $4K and then another $160 charge that was just random. But that’s not it… if you want help with a job description, they charge for that too. It’s hard to get a hold of anyone in a timely manner. They will not communicate via email. I need to cancel and they called me 5 min before our appt while I was in a meeting. I called back at the appointment time and no one answered and I never received a return call after I left a voicemail. I’m still trying to cancel but the only way to do that is to talk to your manager which you have to schedule a meeting with. I give it a 2 start because the HR policies that we created with Bambee where good and helpful. The customer service and pricing transparency has ruined the experience for me.”

“Our company switched laundry service after 15+ years. We started off great with the uniform fittings for the mechanics and parts employees. It took a little longer than normal to get the lockers delivered due to covid but they finally came. We got off to a rocky start with the temp delivery driver not picking up items to be laundered and not making requested uniform changes, but once our regular driver came back, he got things done! The uniform changes that were requested 3 months prior got done in 2 weeks. Alex is friendly and always smiling when he is at our dealership. When ever i have a question he cant answer right away, he has the answer the next week. Hopefully he will be our uniform delivery guy for a while.”
