“They took a check from my grandma in July for services they were not going to provide until January 2024. We’ve been asking for a refund and they refuse to do so stating that the bank is holding the refund. I’ve been going back and forth with them and they keep stalling and making excuses that they can’t refund the money because they can’t find the money. We’ve spoke to Roxana, Maria, Rosa and Valentin who is “always busy” when I call. And Armando too who says the same story, the bank is at fault. They are frauds and take advantage of people. Do not pay them for services they aren’t going to do right away.”

“It’s not $99/mo. They aren’t transparent with their pricing. I was charged almost $4K and then another $160 charge that was just random. But that’s not it… if you want help with a job description, they charge for that too. It’s hard to get a hold of anyone in a timely manner. They will not communicate via email. I need to cancel and they called me 5 min before our appt while I was in a meeting. I called back at the appointment time and no one answered and I never received a return call after I left a voicemail. I’m still trying to cancel but the only way to do that is to talk to your manager which you have to schedule a meeting with. I give it a 2 start because the HR policies that we created with Bambee where good and helpful. The customer service and pricing transparency has ruined the experience for me.”

“where to even start!!! Let just say that I filed my claim back in June or July of 2023, this was for the stress that I had gone through the year and some months that I worked for my employer. Once my claim was accepted they did let me know that it would upwards of a year or a little over before we hear anything, I panicked a few times because I was not hearing from the law group and was starting to think that I got played. This was not the case, they were just doing all the work behind the curtains so didn't have the stress of it. My case Manager Carmen Cueva's was amazing she let me know every step of that way and explained in detail why it was what it was going to be. The other company decided that they wanted to settle just after 7 months and everything was just as smooth as poss. Would totally recommend 10/10 service. All that is needed is a little patients and it will all work out in the end. Thank you Alvandi”
