“I stayed at the hotel for my anniversary and I could not have chosen a better place. The landscape is so beautiful, our room has an amazing view on the 8th floor. In our room we found chocolates and wine which was so sweet. The interior of the hotel is stunning but most importantly the check-in and check-out experience was so easy, the ladies were lovely at the reception desk, they even came out to help with the bags. I will definitely return even for a relaxing deserving weekend where I can clear my head, write. It is place you get to recharge your soul. “Netty. Was. Here. Now I remember this place from way back in the day. Let me tell you it is vastly different than it was then! A beautifully designed club with ample space for Bowls Players, Sports Fans or the Kid’s Birthday celebration. Cafe & Restaurant serving food, 3 seperate bars on the lower level and large games room. Even a fully equipped jungle gym for the Kiddos. I came for my usual budget friendly mid week $14 lunch special and was absolutely delighted (and a belly full) I had the Nachos which was full of flavour (bean less if that floats your boat). Membership will see even bigger club discounts, and there’s a courtesy bus for the locals. What a great club in the Maitland community. Staff are fabulous, near all of them asked if I’ve ever been here before. They were more than happy to tell me about the place, show me the areas of interest within the club. Pretty Cool!”

Put an order for Room service which included some drinking water as this hotel don’t supply bottled water ( you have to order via room service and pay extra $5 tray charge) got delivered for an hour. When called the reception they said they will follow up. Call them again to put an official complaint as room doesn’t have drinking bottled water the reception said will put on Log ??? What a Joke. As a business traveller I don’t suggest this hotel to anyone. I would give 0 star if I could. I have stayed in some budget hotels which has better services. Also, just wanted to add that please do not choose the breakfast services. Very limited option. Takes a long time to refill. Requested to refill the scrambled eggs and Rice took a long time and again refilled with enough for couple of people. Paid money to just eat Mushrooms, Bacon and Sausages. Just responding to the manager: It was not busy when I visited the tea in the morning there were barely few people there, please stop giving excuses and accept the issues at the hotel. The point regarding Tap water, I don’t drink Tap water anywhere only bottles or filtered water. Didn’t mind paying the fees but the point was no one cared about bringing the drinks even after waiting for an hour. Just forget it mate”

“Located close to our office, this hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious, well laid out with a lounge suite. The beds are comfortable and each room seems to have a nice view. We held a team building session in the function room with 30 staff and the service was excellent. The staff were very attentive and food served at dinner was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel”

I was told a corner room would give great views.$1200 later for one night when we arrived was very unhappy. Room was 5th story . View of city road. Was then informed oh no you have to walk for view. Ruined new years eve for a family of 1 with 3 kids. After ordering dinner $201 was rung & order not available. So no dinner and days for refund. Worst experience ever. Over priced and very average. Would never recommend”

“Fantastic location but unfortunately the weather wasn’t so fantastic. With all the rain we had, it caused a leak from the roof in our bedroom that dripped ALL night. The a/c in one of the bedrooms leaked constantly & couldn’t use it. The room was filthy & looked like it may have been missed by the cleaners. We were moved to another room & had a much better experience.”

“I have stayed with this hotel only 3 times now. My first two stays were amazing everyone was lovely. However last nigh Sue was dreadful. She was rude the Minuit I walked in. She had mentioned she had tried to call me however I was FaceTiming my daughter about to come in. And she just shuts me down when we don’t take cash for the rooms. I have never heard this as a policy and I think sue needs some more training in how to nice to people when it’s literally your job. Thanks Jess”
