“This place is amazing!!! It has been beautifully restored after being abandoned for a decade. Our guide, Pat (?), was absolutely fantastic! She provided us with fun facts and stories on the house and its previous owners. My favorite room has to be the “secret” room!! If these walls could talk!! 😄 And the stained glass front door is absolutely gorgeous!! I would definitely recommend coming here for a tour if you’re in the neighborhood! Advanced tickets are required so you can’t just show up for a tour!!!”

“We threw a fun daddy daughter luau here. The team set up our space exactly as we requested. We had 210 dads and daughters dancing the night away. It was packed but so much fun. The dads and kids were very happy and eager for next year. I will say 200 is the max. We really pushed it with the 210. The food was great. Teriyaki chicken and coconut rice. ❤️❤️❤️”

The dome-shaped space makes the sound sound strange, I felt that its shape amplifies the sound. And huge stained-glass windows through which you can see the sunset.”

They offer beautiful rooms available for getting ready in, and countless spots around the venue that are perfect for photos. They also offer multiple ceremony / reception setup options, depending on if you want to be on the water, in front of the pavilion, or inside the historic hall. The staff is wonderful, as well! “Aug 17 2021 7pm I just left the store and for the store being as empty as it was, you would think the employees would be more helpful and kind but it wasn't the case. I went to the register to pay for my 2 items, there were 3 employees talking and neither greeted me or asked if I needed help or let me know which register to go to until I said excuse me I would like to pay and one of the woman acted as if I shouldn't have even been there. Finally one of the employees rang up my purchase and at that time both items rang up with the wrong price which I advised the cashier of and he said this is the correct price, I said it's not even the price online you should go and verify the prices and he looked at me as if I was asking him to do something out of this world, I took him directly to where the items were and 1 of the items was wrong in their system and the other was placed incorrectly so I exchanged it for something else. I went to the register where there was another cashier and again the items were incorrectly priced in their system, I advised her that the other cashier had verified the price and she called over the lady that had originally ignored me and she proceeded to give me an attitude and the store Manager Darin approached a d proceeded to fix the prices and the cashier that had originally verified the prices confirmed that I was correct and I told her I had told u the system prices were incorrect she proceeded to give me an attitude and was rude and seemed to be bothered that the store manager whom I thanked for his great customer service had assisted me and she was rolling her eyes and making face gestures to her fellow coworker. I have worked in Customer Service for over 20 years and value great customer service and expect to be treated with respect as I treat others, I'm there spending my money which allows them to have a job but they act as if a customer is a bother...smh. Horrible Customer Service If you need to visit a Party City in Hialeah go to the one located in Hialeah Gardens the employees are always helpful and nice and greet u when u come in. The only reason I'm rating it 1 star is because I can't rate it a 0”

“Initially my experience with Atlas was great, I was planning a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend and provided Danielle Seltzer instructions for delivery. She informed me all would be fine as the delivery driver can drop everything off and does not need to speak to anyone. She also said they would call me if anything. Well… the drivers knocked on my front door, fortunately I caught them on the ring camera and told them to go to the backyard and drop everything off do not discuss the delivery with anyone. The drivers did not follow instructions and knocked on the door again, they handed the invoice for signing to the person who the surprise was for. I informed Danielle via text and she apologized and when I tried to call her she ignored my calls. For the pickup the team went into my fenced backyard without informing me and collected everything scared the life out of me. The surprise was ruined, Danielle was extremely rude to me and my mother once we got her on the phone. In addition, the order was not correct once I saw it and we were told to come pick it up ourselves. I would not recommend this place, the rentals are nice but just go somewhere else. Update: Spoke to the marketing manager to discuss this and she was polite but did not resolve the matter. The surprise was ruined back on Dec 21st and they are just now calling me due to my public review not due to the fact I shared concerns on Dec 21st. She did asked me to consider them in the future, and this is not something I would do or suggest this place as the sales person Danielle was so rude to my mother.”
