“Amazing outdoor facility for a full day of games and recreation. I went with a group of colleagues and had a great time. The sheep herding activity was a memorable one, as we had an expert guiding us to herd sheep on different routes and obstacles. The canoeing on the canal course was over an hour long traversing through narrow bridges and cattle grazing grasslands, made it an amazing experience. All other games can be done in groups, as a trainer would guide through the rules of the games. Highly recommended for a family or group visit for a full day!”

“Nice beef and potato slices with cheese, but half-slippery chicken. Rest was okay. Make sure to get enough pears as the buffet was open from about 19:50 to 20:50. Choccy mousse and/or apple strudel dessert from 21:00. Outside party bass distracted a bit from the nice live piano lady inside. Silent disco had occasional good music but was the opposite”

“We moved to a nearby village not very long ago and are very happy to find out about this castle. They are open on Wednesdays and Sundays for viewing. They have a restaurant al fresco and also rent out spaces in the castle for special occasions like weddings and wedding parties. It's such a charming place for brunch or coffee. The area is beautiful for hiking or cycling. Have a look yourself!”

“We had our wedding here in September, and it was amazing. The venue has helped us a lot and their contact persons have always been helpful at every step along the way, which made it so that everything on the day was better than we dreamt of. Some things you would not even think about beforehand yourself, but are very well taken care off. The staff really pays attention to you as the bride and groom, and makes sure your every need is met. They check in with you if you need drinks more than with other guests (even though all our guests said they were also often asked if they want another drink). The location outside under the trees was beautiful, decorated with flowers by Miruna who also made our wedding cake, but everything else was provided by the venue (chairs, bench, tables etc.) and everything made for a beautiful ceremony. They also have plenty of options for dinner location (inside, outside) and have also very good backup options for bad weather which allows you to have still a beautiful indoor ceremony, dinner and party without having to reuse any location for another part of the day. The area itself around the castle makes for beautiful wedding pictures as well, with the flower garden which blossoms perfectly in summer, up to september-october I believe the flowers are still looking tall and beautiful. I could not think of a better location to get married. I'm not the type of guy that always had an image of a 'dream wedding', but this regardless was a 'dream wedding' in every aspect.”
