“Went for our anniversary, the place is amazing and beautifully decorated. Lots of flowers and greenery, a very natural look with great lighting. This place is very cool to take some pictures, lots of props around to take advantage of. The food was good, but normal, I did like the presentation and names for the dishes and drinks. Had the salmon and steak, octopus carpaccio, flan and coffee. The drink I had was the Betty Blue, very good and coconut tasty. This will be a good place for a date night or a celebration. In fact there quite a few while we were there and it was nice. Inside and outside are just beautiful, very clean. The staff is very courteous, friendly and prompt. There is only valet parking so bring some cash. You will also have someone take your picture (if you want) and towards the end of your meal they will sell to you, cash or card accepted, the price is reasonable as it comes with frame. I would come back and recommend.”

Their attention to details and consideration was over the top. From the Food, flowers, DJ Avila, (coolest ever), all their staff. Amazing!! From day one planning it to the day of the event. I can only recommend this venue as the best in Miami. Thank you Jose And Christina, you guys know your stuff!!”

“I was in this building during a daybreak yoga event. First of all, I would like to note the design of the building both outside and inside. The dome-shaped space makes the sound sound strange, I felt that its shape amplifies the sound. And huge stained-glass windows through which you can see the sunset.”

“I am not one to leave a public negative review quickly. Overall decent experience, but definitely seem to look for opportunity to bill dishonestly. Our company made a deal to serve cocktails through their in house catering - charged per cup. We have a count of how many bar cups we gave at an event that was charged per cup. (we serve them in our own company branded cups, and can see how many are left after the event). Their numbers are made up. And they disregard every and any logical conversation with their catering manager. Based on this, i think you need to tread carefully if planning an event here.”

“Aug 17 2021 7pm I just left the store and for the store being as empty as it was, you would think the employees would be more helpful and kind but it wasn't the case. I went to the register to pay for my 2 items, there were 3 employees talking and neither greeted me or asked if I needed help or let me know which register to go to until I said excuse me I would like to pay and one of the woman acted as if I shouldn't have even been there. Finally one of the employees rang up my purchase and at that time both items rang up with the wrong price which I advised the cashier of and he said this is the correct price, I said it's not even the price online you should go and verify the prices and he looked at me as if I was asking him to do something out of this world, I took him directly to where the items were and 1 of the items was wrong in their system and the other was placed incorrectly so I exchanged it for something else. I went to the register where there was another cashier and again the items were incorrectly priced in their system, I advised her that the other cashier had verified the price and she called over the lady that had originally ignored me and she proceeded to give me an attitude and the store Manager Darin approached a d proceeded to fix the prices and the cashier that had originally verified the prices confirmed that I was correct and I told her I had told u the system prices were incorrect she proceeded to give me an attitude and was rude and seemed to be bothered that the store manager whom I thanked for his great customer service had assisted me and she was rolling her eyes and making face gestures to her fellow coworker. I have worked in Customer Service for over 20 years and value great customer service and expect to be treated with respect as I treat others, I'm there spending my money which allows them to have a job but they act as if a customer is a bother...smh. Horrible Customer Service If you need to visit a Party City in Hialeah go to the one located in Hialeah Gardens the employees are always helpful and nice and greet u when u come in. The only reason I'm rating it 1 star is because I can't rate it a 0”

“Wasn't structured and the staff wasn't friendly. Only after 12:00 pm did the ship set off and the fireworks were observed from close up. The food was served very stingily and after 2:00 we were thrown out. It was very cold and no one took any notice. Not worth $50.”
