“Suitable room size for the function I attended. Tea and coffee available during the time there. The lift worked intermittently which made it difficult for those with mobility issues. The meal of chicken that was served to me earned a score of 2 out of 5, the chicken being really dry and the sauce did nothing to counter that. Was difficult to locate the 2 thin slices of potato buried under the chicken and the 2 stems of broccoli, (if that's what they were), were petrified wood or similar. At the conclusion of the event, the lift had given up the ghost completely and we were escorted to the service elevator and then guided down several corridors to the lobby. All in all a most unimpressive venue which must have been disappointing for the hosts.”
