“Recently switched to 425 from another dentist in the area. Absolutely loved the switch everyone’s so nice! All work is done in one office and not asking me to go anywhere else which is why I went to this office. Dr. Nikole is AWESOME! Explained everything to me and so very honest and caring! I didn’t feel any pressure to do anything I didn’t want too. Dr. Brian Cheung removed a tooth for me it was over in almost 60 seconds I was amazed how quickly and I felt absolutely nothing it was a great experience! Don’t YouTube just come this place they will take great care of you! Also Vikki who did my teeth cleaning is fantastic again explained everything to me and they have flavored teeth cleaning so cool thank you to all the front office staff also for being so welcoming and great at answering the phone and emailing me back literally instantly from Brielle she is great which lacked in my other dentist! I’m so happy I’ve chosen 425. Moved from the UK in 2018 and struggled to find a good place I wish u came here first time! The office is so clean and relaxing and I’m looking forward to my new smile!! Highly recommend you try this place you won’t be disappointed!!”

“I’ve been going to this clinic for the past four years and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at Kverlake in Issaquah. They’re always super friendly and welcoming, but more importantly they’re always ON IT! whenever I have a concern and I reach out to them via MyChart they are always quick to get back to me, and if something comes up that needs to be addressed sooner than later, they have always been quick and able to accommodate me. Doctor Le and Dr. Akinsanya have always been great doctors that truly hear my concerns and try to address them, but special kudos to their staff! They’re the best! If they say they’re gonna do something, they do it, and they do it quickly. I love that they’re always there if I need them! Definitely recommend them if you live in this area.”

“ive been here multiple times for many different issues and not a single time has my experience been positive. in the ER nurses frequently forgot to bring me food, which isn't too bad. It's an ER and obviously extremely busy. staff do not respect trans people's pronouns at all here, especially in the PBMU (the inpatient psychiatric unit). they constantly misgenderd me as well as the other trans people around me (Even somone who had been there for many months) the PBMU was extremely understaffed and we were not let out of the commons room more then once the day even though we were meant to be going to group therapy, individual therapy, and much more. nurses were rude and made inappropriate comments about peoples bodies. one very young girl (around 7) was forced to shower with the bathroom door wide open while a nurse watched them while talking to another member of staff (who was male). doctors and nurses often spoke about private information about other patients in front of other patients but yelled (yes yelled) at us for even so much as mentioning our diagnosis. absolutely disgusting. when i got an echocardiogram (a heart ultrasound) a student did almost the entire thing without a fully qualified doctor present. we were not told this would be happening ahead of time or asked if it was ok. i understand doctors need training but a heads up would have been greatly appreciated. the student was very kind but the doctor would push extremely hard on me, pinch me, ignore me when i was clearly in pain, as well as touch me without any warning, she even touched me without gloves on multiple times as well as wearing her mask half way down her face! have these people never heard of cleanliness? many staff wear no mask at all even though it is hospital policy when i had a sleep study done neither me, my family or PCP were told about the fact they had dignosied me with something. Doctors do not take medical emergencies seriously. i have had many catatonic episodes Infront of doctors who entirely ignored me as well as a doctor loudly shuffling cards on a cement floor while i had an SPD meltdown. i begged her to stop being so loud but she just said "im not saying anything" over and over. i have nightmares about this hospital and they have given me an extreme phobia of doctors. do not go to this hospital you will face abuse, malpractice, discrimination, and receive little to no care. absolutely awful hospital, wish i never had to go here but unfortunately for me I've got many health issues.”

The waiting area is beautiful and they have interactive games attached to the huge bubble walls which are pretty mesmerizing. I love their expansive wellness offerings that are included with the membership. #PCtennis A special kudos to the Tennis coaches and programming at Pacific Clinic. They treat the players and leagues with attentiveness and care. The director and coaches who manage the leagues go out of their way to help members with matching and they design meaningful formats. Most Tennis facility coaches are forced to scrounge an extra dime through privates and groups and therefore pay little or no attention to helping members play league. Pacific Clinic coaches engage and manage the leagues even if it doesn’t serve their pocket books directly. That is a rare gem in the Tennis Club industry. All the front desk are attentive and kind. Christy is exceptional.”

“Love my sons doctor and his team which is the reason for the stars, took one off for the office staff honestly is hit or miss with them on any given day. I have had some really sweet interactions when figuring out my sons medications and then other times have someone seem very annoyed by my existence. I have worked in office environments and customer service so I genuinely try not to be annoying but sometimes I have questions. It has been a crazy few years for everyone and I don't really want to be dealing with you all either but this is life.”
