“The staff could not have been nicer. I was unsure of the process since this was my first time at this facility. It was different in that I went to the facility for testing but did not visit with a doctor until a couple of hours later by Zoom. I was told I would get a text 15 minutes before my zoom. Instead it was instantaneous and I’m glad I was paying attention. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Now that I know the process, it will be easier next time. :)”

“I recommend J. Wilcox to all my friends. I have never waited more than 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. She is my wife's as well as my mother-n-law's provider. Always upbeat and willing to spend the time to explain in detail. We like the eye contact when she talks to us as opposed to typing in a lap top and talking. If she needs file information its readily available through mobile connection. Pharmacy on site a big plus!”

“I certainly enjoyed meeting and visiting with Dr. Shires. She is truly a joyful person and a person of faith who lives her faith. I appreciate her care for my health concerns. I am blessed to have Dr. Shires as my healthcare provider. I am sure that all of her patients feel the same way. She provides such good health care in an uplifting way. That takes the stress out of a medical appointment. I also want to thank my Nurse Navigator, Jen M, for her help getting authorization for the additional CT scans that I requested. I know that this process required extra work and time on her part. I certainly appreciate that she accomplished this on short notice. I highly recommend West Cancer Center.
