The wait was less than 10 minutes to get in a room. The nurse went over my medical history and relayed to Laura, who then came in and went over the symptoms and diagnosis. Same for children's video games. It is very distressing to listen to all that noise when you're sick and waiting to be seen. The kids should have earbuds and adults should know better.”

“Wait times for pediatrics are terrible, consistently running over an hour late. Today we waited an hour for Dr. Howard, but there was still another patient before us and no one could tell me how long the wait would be. We had to leave for other commitments (work!!!). While I would never want a doctor who doesn't take their time and give patients their full attention, greed is clearly motivating the clinic to schedule patients at a higher interval than his throughput. I cannot abide by a clinic that requires me to block off three hours for a scheduled appointment!”

Now they are very slow the younger nurses up front are rude and its like if you have an appointment you get here on time they totally forget about you and call the patients who get here after you to go first. Bring back the old office manager the office would run better and smoother.”
