“I highly recommend this Dentist location, especially if you have dental anxiety. The main dentist and dental assistant are extremely professional, friendly and understood my anxiety. For my 2nd visit I had a tooth extraction where they explained and provided a sedation option which ended up being a life saver. I have more work to do with my teeth but I know I’ll come back to this location because I feel comfortable here.”

“I used to attend this clinic until my doctor moved to a different clinic which I also switched to. However, my doctor has gone on a lengthy sabbatical and the clinic he went to has closed and I have been unable to find a new doctor. I received a message from Callingwood Crossing a few weeks ago that they recently received some bloodwork I had done from the lab which they wanted to review with me and also mentioned in the message that I may be able to get a family doctor there. I returned their call 4 times over the last 2 weeks and was only able to leave voicemail messages each time asking them to return my call. So far I haven’t received a call back even though their voice mail recording says they will return my call within 24 hours. I get they are busy but I am not impressed.”

“Came as a walk in to see Dr. Gafoor after being sick for many weeks and being told a week and a half earlier at another clinic that there was nothing wrong with me - yet I have been up all night coughing and not sleeping 7 weeks after being treated for pneumonia. Called in advance and was able to get in within 1/2 an hour of calling. Wait was minimal and Dr. Gafoor was very sweet and professional. She took the time to understand my concern and properly examine me, as well as listen to my medical history (I am immunodeficient) and take everything into consideration to make a diagnosis and administer treatment. Turns out I had another respiratory infection and did need antibiotics. Too bad she is not accepting new patients.”
