“I wish I could give him 0 stars. He doesn't really understand your illness properly and starts series of treatments which makes no sense and you will keep on visiting him every 3-4 weeks. If you see any other doctor after seeing Dr Naveed Mughal he gets angry and not really wants to check you properly as if you're his customer and you should not go to any other practitioner. I really doubt his expertise in medical as I personally didn't get cure of my illness. Not Recommended. Not Recommended”

“Incredibly disappointed in my recent experience. I made an appointment for my toddler, during the initial appointment it was determined she may have influenza and they would swab and respond with the results. I called on both Saturday and Sunday and was advised they could not tell me the results and would need to wait for the doctor to come in on Monday to tell me. Meanwhile I have now had an incredibly sick child for more than 48 hours. When I rang on Monday to get the results I was informed I would need to make another appointment and that I would not be guaranteed to be bulk billed. So despite the fact I had an appointment already they now want me to PAY to get the results of a test they did. I'm shocked, and personally find this fairly negligent. I do not understand why I should have to pay again to simply get the result. Prior experiences the doctor would simply ring me. I'm not exactly sure where to to escalate this, but I find it borderline negligent. Especially for those less fortunate who may not have the means to pay.”

“Dromana Family Doctors a friendly local clinic I've personally gone to for over 20 years , had a few different GPs along the way and all have been helpful and understanding. The girls at reception are also very nice and when my little dog was alive they would take him behind the counter and spoil him when I was seeing the doctors. Recent business practice changes and the cessation of Bulk Billing has had an impact on the patients specially the elderly who struggle to get by as is. So apart from that yeah there pretty good.”

Refuse to do book any future appointments with KPMC-Hillside.”
