“Over the weekend, I injured my foot and booked to see a local doctor on Monday morning. I saw Dr Ian at 8am. The appointment barely lasted 5 minutes, he didn’t ask when the injury happened (it had been a day and he wrote on my X-Ray referral that it had been a week). He gave me an X-Ray referral and didn’t say anything about when I would hear back, what to expect or how I could manage the pain. I called on Tuesday afternoon and was told that I might hear back by the end of the week. I called again on Wednesday and was asked to call the X-Ray place myself to have scans sent through. The X-Ray place said they’d been sent through already but they’d send them again. I ended up booking with my regular GP and saw him this morning to discuss results and pain management. Luckily no breaks but it’s been a rough week. I never heard back from Telegraph Road Clinic and I’ll never be going back. I’m appalled by the lack of care and professionalism. It feels like I wasn’t treated as a patient but as a money grab.”

“My children and I have recently become new patients at the Brookside Family Clinic, and on both occasions that we have attended the Clinic we have been greeted kindly and very politely by the reception staff, check in has been very straightforward and welcoming and leaving and making payment has been the same. The two Doctors we have seen have both been very nice, helpful, friendly and made us feel supported and heard, but most of all empathetic and took the time to listen to our needs to help us. “Dr Driessen is so lovely and I feel genuinely listened to and taken time with every time I have an appointment with her. I spent a while searching various clinics for a doctor that I could build a relationship with and I've found that in Dr Driessen. The reception staff are really friendly as well! One star docked because sometimes have to wait past my appointment time if the doctor is running late, however there's a TV in the waiting area so keeps me occupied!”
