“I’ve had a great experience here. Dr. Pratt is great, but really the whole team deserves these stars. I started getting hormonal acne at 30 and spent years figuring out what worked for me. I recently moved to the area and needed my dermatologist prescriptions renewed. I told Dr. Pratt what my medications were and that I liked the regimen I was on and felt it was working for me. He listened to my story and ultimately agreed with me. He trusted me to know what has been working for me. He didn’t try to change anything up or change my mind to try new medications. I really appreciated that. Even more so, two of my prescriptions are not super common at non-dermatology-focused pharmacies so I was having a hard time filling them in town. The team at Forefront worked their butts off to find me a pharmacy that would not only fill it but that would give me the lowest cost. I am so greatly appreciative of their trust, hard work, and dedication to their patients! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.”

“My recent experience at Lakeview Chaska was not a good one. Had been experiencing an ongoing deep cough for about 2 weeks. Asked the doctor for the same antibiotic I had in Nov for a similar cough that knocked it right out. She said she would not give me an antibiotic. She said, “This isn’t a fast food service where you just come in and order what you want.” I was shocked at her un-professionalism! I left and told her how disappointed I was with her. I am still sick, still coughing. She prescribed me some little droplets to take for the cough. I never bothered to pick them up. I need something strong to get rid of this!”

The $90.00 plastic frame is very cheap and fragile. In addition, when I picked up my glasses I was told no cases. They give me the glass in a cardboard pouch; cheap, cheap cheap...how frugal can you be, should I have paid with monopoly money? I will not be going back here and I know a lot of my friends who I recommended to this store. I will make sure they do not go back to this cardboard pouch store as well.”
