“One of the many tractor supply dog washing rooms we have visited. Customers are allowed to lock the door behind them and not let anyone else use the other tub. Manager stated if the owner doesn’t want to leash their dog it’s their choice to share the grooming room, this happened on a Saturday. There were several other people waiting to wash their dogs. What happened to doors remain unlocked during business hours? This location only has one dryer with no attachments is on its last leg, the one grooming table has a hole where the grooming arm went through. The grooming arm is now installed backward on the other side of the table. They did provide a rubber mat over the white grate in the tub which is really helpful for drainage and much softer on dog feet. The water nozzle leaked in 3 places spraying water in every direction, it was perfect temperature, so my dog and I made it through. This TS actually had the d mat conditioner, which I am told is hard for the stores to receive from corporate. They also offered 2 clean towels (some do not offer towels, call before you go). The brushes/ nail clippers, or tubs were NOT cleaned in between dogs. Throughout our travels This TS dog wash is by far the most neediest of a refurbishment I have used.”

“They are the only Big R I go to that doesn't give a military discount. Customer service is bad, and the staff could use a lesson on being friendly. Although, one young man saw me having to load my own pellets and came outside to help. That was commendable! I'm deaf because of the war and the checkout lady treated me like I was trash!!”

“The staff are always so nice and helpful. They always greet me when I come in. I come here for the dog wash which is awesome and is so helpful! It's not easy to bath my dog in a bathtub so finding this made me so happy, they also have blow dryers that are strong a powerful to get the job done quicker! Huge bags of dog food and the best dog toys. My dog cant rip the toys I get from here which is amazing! Overall I love this place!”
