“Visited Das Peach Haus with a couple of girlfriends and we had a FANTASTIC experience. We tried a couple of different wines but we all loved the Hill Country Peach wine. The ambience was relaxing and we could've stayed here all evening (they close at 6pm on Saturdays). The decor, inside and outside, was a festive fall and provided plenty of photo opportunities. On my way out of the store, I came across pralines that resembled the ones that my grandmother used to make when I was a kid; hoping to be filled with nostalgia, I bought four. I was NOT disappointed. One bite into the praline and I was transported to Granny's kitchen. Granny's been gone for almost 17 years now and I never thought I'd find a praline that came close to hers, but I did here. Thank you Das Peach Haus for both of these experiences. My only regrets are not having brought wine to bring home with me (can't bring them through TSA) and not having bought more pralines!”

“We were told to come here for some grocery by the in-laws. This place reminds me of Whole Foods Market. It was bustling when we entered the market. Everything was so bright and organized. The prep food and hot food area had a huge variety of options. When I saw the flakey batter on the chicken tenders, I knew I had to get them. Even better, they came with 2 sides, which l close mashed potatoes and hush puppies. The chicken was on the drier side, but the batter was very crispy. The mashed potatoes were excellent, and I would be content just eating that. The hush puppies were nice and better quality than I would expect from store bought. The rest of the store had so much stock that I could walk those aisles for hours. Some prices are higher but some are cheaper too. Overall, Market Street is an excellent grocery store that I look forward to shopping again.”

“If I could rate lower I would. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Selected this company as my prime source for pet food supply. Up until 9/22, it would have remained this way. On 9/22 at 9:43 AM, I approached the counter with a bag of cat food (Purina Pro Plan). For the past 5 years, I have been able to use my membership under Purina to have discounts at Tractor supply, a supplier of Purina products. I’m able to use this since my wife is a veterinarian student and former veterinary technician (they fix your pets, so the industry gives back to its experts. Makes sense.) Using this method every couple of weeks for the past 5 years to feed our pets, I have never run into the issue I had at the Canyon Rd Tractor Supply with Manager Steve and his sidekick (didn’t catch his name), nor have I dealt with the amount of unprofessional attitude, condension, and disrespect as I did that day. With a bag of cat food, I pulled out my logged in membership account and presented it as always ready to pay. Steve said “well you’ve never done this with me” implying he’s already set out to be a hardass and make life difficult. He continues to express that he knows everything about the company and all the policies and this is not part of it. As any regular customer does, they press on the matter with “please double check” and “I was just here doing this 2 weeks ago”. He continues to oppose me on this subject. I literally do this 1 or twice a month, and again, have done so for the latter 5 years! He says, “we’re here to make money, how am I supposed to do this?” I’m just a loyal customer ready to make the payment. After that I said “Really? Even though I do this every other week? If you wanted to make money, you just failed your company and your customer. You don’t get a sale from me anymore.” I plopped the bag on his counter for him to restock and left. You, sir, have bad customer skills and should not be in a management position - coming from a manager himself. P.S. I left, went to Pet Supplies Plus (who has a fully stocked shelf - unlike tractor supply) and got exactly what I needed for my hungry pets at the discount I am supposed to get. “Mention: Tractor Supply Co. Corporate Headquarters, Today (July 14 2023) I called ahead and asked the store (1305 Sidney Baker St, Kerrville, TX 78028) if they had the pelican paddle boat, as advertised in stock. The sales clerk informed me that she went outside and checked, and she assured me that the product was in stock and as advertised on their website. Upon my arrival, I was apalled by what I saw and very disappointed in the poor standards demonstrated by this location (1305 Sidney Baker St, Kerrville, TX 78028) I posted and attached a picture of the condition of the product they offered. The product was not the same product that that the sales clerk assured me of by phone. Furthermore, the product had mud stains, mosquito larvae stains, and cracks and scratches along the side of the paddle boat. Based on how badly stained the boat was and how thin the plastic felt, it’s safe to say that the paddle boat had been sitting there for months propped up against the chainlink fence for hours at a time in direct sunlight and rained on periodically. When we informed the General Manager of our observations, he offered us a 15% discount but provided the stipulation that the discount would only be offered with the understanding that the product would be sold-as-is and that any return of the product would not be accepeted. So lets recap….1) the store provides me over the phone with wrong information of the product they have advertised, claiming that they do have it in stock. 2) the product had been neglected for months at a time, by way of it’s improper storing and untimely upkeep. 3)when I informed the general manager of the neglected condition that the product was in, he offered 15% but then attached the stipulation that the product could not be returned for any reason and that it would be sold-as-is for the 15% off. To sum all this up, the General Manager stipulated the sold-as-is because he knows that the product will not last beyond the Manf./Store Warranty due to it being neglected for so long in the storage yard, on it’s side, and in the direct sunlight. It should also be known, that the general manager never came out to speak with us face to face regarding the product and our experience, and only relayed information through his employees using a radio rather than comming out to assess the situation.
