“Came here for pine pellets after the local Southern States decided that they should charge nearly double the price as here. As opposed to the dirty SS, tractor supply is clean and well maintained. The pellets were in great shape and not been sitting around like the other place. I want to support local but if you are price gauging on your products you don’t deserve to stay in business. TS also had helpful and happy staff with one person helping me to get my pickup into my vehicle. He also took my cart back! Highly recommend.”

“Sam's is a great place to get bargains on many different items. I buy dog biscuits and water on a regular basis. I just got a great deal on a TV there. I also get gas at a discount rate. This is a membership that is worth the money. One complaint that I have for this year is about a freezer. I called ahead to make sure that they had one at the store, and I was told that it was discontinued and there wasn't one available in the store. So, I ordered one from Sam's online. I had to go to Sam's for other stuff and found 3 of the freezers at the store that I had called. This won't stop me from shopping there, but I was disappointed that no one was willing to actually check the inventory.”

“Honestly, I'm here at least twice a week. Staff is always friendly and helpful, managers never fail to ask if they can do anything for you, and it's always well stocked. I get both bird feed and hay here, and I don't know what my sheep and Turkeys would do without them. Thanks, guys.”

“I purchased a chicken feed from the Florence store, and when I poured it into my feed bucket, there was mold in the bag. I lost two bags of feed because I poured it on top of another bag. When I called the store, Steve answered, said he was the store manager, and his customer service skills are sorely lacking. When I tried to explain the situation to him, he kept talking over me and would not listen to my situation. I’m not lost the bag of feed that I bought from them that day but I lost a second bag because it was in the bucket I poured this bag into. I am thankful for the manager at the Darlington store. She was very helpful, even though she can’t replace the second ruined bag. She listened and apologized for my experience with Steve. I will take the bag back to her tomorrow. I will never do business with the Florence store again. If I can update this, I will add a picture tomorrow because it’s already loaded in the car after I had to scoop it all out of my bucket. Good customer service, by Steve, would have included replacing the other bag that I had also bought contractor supply just”
