“My family has been a customer since 2017, we had no issues with the service or products. Whenever people asked me for a baby needs store, I always mentioned Willow. But TONIGHT, my perspective has changed. I am upset with their service. We would like to purchase a baby gift, the sales lady was nice and very helpful to show and explain to us about the product. We decided to purchase a UV Sterilizer. On the payment process, the cashier asked my willow membership so I could get points from my purchase. Just when I handed my credit card, she suddenly said that I was ineligible to receive the point because I used CC. I thought, "Okay, that was weird," but I did not want to make a scene because GERD suddenly kicked in, my stomach was in pain, I just want to end the conv and go home. Then the sales lady asked us if we would like it to be wrapped and we said yes. During this process, I felt something was off. The lady on wrapping station was working in a rush to stick the two papers together, and we saw the paper was accidentally folded and the sales lady reminded her if it was not neat but the wrapping lady gave a gesture "its okay just go on". I was like, "Okay, maybe she had a trick to conceal it" but as they are about to finish wrapping up, they become more careless about the wrapping, and it looks VERY UNNEAT (Even i can do better myself). Not wanting my gift looks bizzare, I asked them softly, "Mbak, itu dibungkusnya emang gabisa rapet gitu ya atau gimana? Kok itu lipetannya tebal dan kurang rapi?" Knowing I paid attention like that, they choose to tear the wrapping hard and do it all over again. It turned out to be they CAN wrap it neatly, why couldnt they do it from the first attempt? I wonder. Then we asked for a plastic bag, and they said we should purchase them. We agreed, but then they said if our product was too big for their plastic bag. I was confused because I owned UV Sterilizer - just as the same size with the product we just bought - that can fit inside Willow biggest plastic bag from our previous purchase. Is it because we used CC on our purchase? My lesson from tonight experience is: 1. If you would like to collect points from purchase through membership and CC, dont shop here. They wouldn't appreciate your purchasing loyalty if you shop with CC. 2. Pay attention to the wrapping station because they might work as they want - not according to standard -. Or maybe just dress up more so you dont have to be treated as a second-class citizen, i wore slippers and an old shirt during my visit. If anyone asked me for a suggestion? I would still recommend Willow, but with EXTRA note.”
